8th Oct 2025 (10 mo. ago)Was offered to be a tenant by a friend for a house by the Royal Holloway back gate. Excellent communication and organisation from the team. A big thank you to the assigned estate agent, Izzy Blatch, for the friendly induction and swift paperwork. Everything was as smooth as it could get, both when settling in and when vacating the property.
30th May 2026 (12 weeks ago)We rented this house from them on a one-year contract. However, the house became too small for our needs, so we informed them that we wanted to move out. When the time came to leave the property, we cleaned the entire house thoroughly and handed it back in excellent condition. so we cleaned and improved everything ourselves. We paid the full deposit of £2,000 Before leaving, we thoroughly cleaned the entire property and made sure everything was spotless. We even sent them proof of the cleaning. Despite this, they unfairly kept our deposit. We made many requests and tried to resolve the issue, but nobody listened and no action was taken. So please be careful and avoid dealing with them. They are complete scammers.

13th Aug 2026 (10 days ago)My partner & I had been on a property search for the best part of a year before we met June from Prospects in Warfield. She is, by far, the best estate agent we met in all of that time. We have very small children that we had concerns about bringing along to view properties but June assured us that she would help keep them entertained & she did just that - my little boy still asks why June isn't with us in our new home!<br>June also recommended that we viewed the house (which we brought through Prospects) even though we had initially dismissed it. Needless to say - we couldn't be more grateful. June has a real eye for detail, walks you through what you can do with a property, is friendly, will help you with small children & find you the house you didn't know you wanted!<br>June, you set the standard that other estate agents should aspire to.<br>Thank you again!<br>Steph

Thieving clowns, very very very deceitful - 1 lie after the other. Should be investigated not fit to be a housing agent. Can never get through to them to fix issues with the property only concerned about taking money monthly. Stay away !!!!!!. I would give them a minus 100000 rating if I could
17th Nov 2021 (4 years ago)We have used Dolce Vita services multiple times, be that for our own apartment search, for corporate apartment as well as for short stay and they always exceeded our expectations. Chris and the team have been extremely helpful with suggesting the locations, helping us with furnishings, negotiating the contract with landlord and even finding the place that accepts pets. Just a pleasure to deal with when looking for your next home!

Always picking up phone calls, always there to help no matter the question, always on top of things. They even gave us a lovely house warming present with a drawing of the house at the end of the process! Thanks again!

10th Dec 2025 (8 mo. ago)Today (12/12/25) at around 09:30 on the M4, one of your drivers driving a Mini, registration LS73 GXC, was continuously using his mobile phone while driving and hogging the middle lane. Once he finished using his phone, his driving became even more concerning. Despite the speed being reduced to 40 mph, he began driving aggressively, flashing other drivers to move faster, and also attempted to undertake other vehicles. His behaviour was reckless and extremely dangerous. Given that this vehicle is displaying full company branding, this reflects very poorly on your business. If you employ drivers like this, it may be worth reconsidering allowing them to operate company-branded vehicles, as it presents a serious risk to public safety and your company’s reputation. I truly wish I had dash cam footage, as I would have reported this incident directly to the police. I hope this matter is taken seriously.

As a first-time buyer, I had a lot of questions and needed plenty of guidance, and Frank was patient, professional, and incredibly supportive throughout the entire process.<br><br>His communication was outstanding - he was always on the ball, kept me updated every step of the way, and was always available to answer the phone whenever I needed him. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble.<br><br>What really stood out was how helpful he was in making sure I was fully prepared for moving into my new home. He took the time to ask the previous homeowners questions on my behalf, so I knew how everything in the property worked before moving in. I was able to book our viewing via WhatsApp and communicate throughout via WhatsApp, which was really handy given my busy schedule. Connor was proactive throughout, and we felt genuinely well looked after.<br><br>If and when we come to sell, we’ll certainly be using Who Property — and we’d recommend them to anyone selling, despite only being the buyer in this transaction. It was a refreshingly different experience compared to a high street chain agency!
