They are knowledgeable, supportive, practical and genuinely enjoyable to deal with. We previously worked with Paul Graham and chose to several reasons, and once again they exceeded our expectations. On this occasion, they successfully sold our home and helped us secure our property, completing the entire process within just 2.5 months — even spanning the Christmas period. We had few issues but when we did and reported them, they were efficient and professional at sorting it out. The end of tenancy came and was fairly straight forward. I would recommend!

25th Feb 2026 (21 days ago)I would recommend avoiding Burn & Warne at all costs. I am glad the documentary is being made about this company and the horrible landlords they protect. Looking at the reviews, it’s clear they have attacked multiple vulnerable tenants and I would recommend the mother mentioned who has been served a section 21 to contact ACORN to discuss
25th Nov 2025 (16 weeks ago)Christies did a lot of research to ensure the valuation was realistic and achievable - the marketing materials were excellent - the viewings process was straightforward, we always knew what has happening and when. As Christies have a few offices in the area our property had maximum buyer exposure which has resulted in a good offer that we have accepted within one month of launch. Thanks Perry and team.

More recently, I attended and contacted the branch directly to raise a concern and was disappointed with the response I received. While my earlier transactions were handled professionally, this later interaction left me feeling disappointed.

They moved quickly to get the photos live which helped generate viewings, and they kept me in the loop consistently with updates on feedback, interest levels, and next steps. What stood out most was how proactive they were — they didn’t just “list it and hope,” they actually drove things forward. 12th Mar 2026 (6 days ago)I have to admit at first I was a bit sceptical of using Foxtons. Initially, I decided to go with other agents instead, viewings were few and far between and six months went past without an offer in sight. I then decided to bite the bullet and go ahead with Foxtons. Suddenly, not only did the quantity of viewings change but so did the calibre of the people being put forward to view our property. Then came the offer stage, where negotiations had reached stalemate and Foxtons facilitated in a way to ensure an agreement could be made. That’s when the REAL work started. The actual sale process was arduous. There was an immense amount of paperwork and legal processes due to the type of property being sold. Various parties needed to be contacted by certain deadlines with the right paperwork in place. Jasmine, our singular point of contact from the offer stage onwards, put in an unbelievable amount of effort, without which the sale would have fallen through. She kept track of all deadlines, worked with both lawyers to find solutions and even found responses to queries where she could. Thank you Foxtons New Malden and Jasmine for all your hard work! Best agent on the high street!
