Throughout those years, Jade has always been very patient with our queries and always speedy and productive with answers. She was also extremely helpful when our first tenancy ended unexpectedly when our Landlord wanted to sell. She found us a flat in the building next door and we got to move without any fuss at all. Saving what could have been a very stressful event. Very much appreciated all her help.

It’s a big step for me and my partner moving into our first flat together as a couple and Yasmin helped make the process smoother and stress free. From the flat viewing to the correspondence thru phone calls and emails when we decided to go with the flat, she was very clear, communicative, thorough and very patient with our queries and requests. We felt like she was looking out for our best interests too as well as the Landlord’s. Couldn’t have asked for a better professional to help us get our first home. We appreciate you loads, Yasmin!

6th May 2026 (2 days ago)It’s a challenging market now and the house is old… meaning “character” for some and “too much needed to modernise”, for others. Foxtons was down to earth and practical at all times, understood the psychology of potential buyers as a group and gave optimal advise. I believe we got the best price we were likely to get.
20th Mar 2026 (7 weeks ago)This is a horrible letting agency. They took all of our deposit, the entire two month deposit. £2500 gone. They WILL exploit you. They will take your money. I even paid close to £300 on the professional cleaning service that this good for nothing agency suggested. We paid all of our rents on time, all bills on time. Kept the property like we were living in our own home. If you are unfortunate enough to have to take a house with them i suggest you do not engage with agent called LUKE PEGG. if you are hearing from this man they will be taking your money. I hope this agency goes out of business. No one reads comments but if you are reading this AVOID SAMUEL ESTATE AND LUKE PEGG. Scam, exploitative, unprofessional.
7th Nov 2022 (3 years ago)Worst experience ever. Please avoid Dexter if you can. 2 days at 15 degrees. 6 weeks back and forward with maitenance team. Gas leak in between. Boiler still not working. Bad management and worst professionalism and rude communication. Manager office said in writting: “if you don’t like you are welcomed to leave the property” in reference to not have warm water or heater. They only provided electric heater the first time at 15 degrees because we requested. Second time, second day at 15 degrees and still non-responsive.

6th May 2026 (2 days ago)A great estate agent, from our first meeting I could tell Adam was the right agent for us. Aside from his experience and professionalism he was very intuitive. He instantly could feel what we loved about our property and hence what other potential buyers will be drawn to as well. I cannot recommend Daniel Adams enough, a really great local agent.

They were professional throughout the entire process and communication was spot on at all times. Particular thanks to Liam who was excellent. We had an issue come up in the process which could have derailed our sale, he immediately looked for solutions to save the sale and prevented a lot of stress.

From start to finish, their professionalism and communication really stood out. The check-out process was clearly explained well in advance, which made preparing for the move much less stressful. They provided a helpful checklist and were always available to answer any questions I had, responding promptly and politely every time. On the day of the inspection, everything was handled fairly and transparently. The agent was punctual, respectful, and took the time to walk through the property with me, ensuring I understood any points being noted. There were no surprises, and I felt the whole process was conducted with honesty and integrity. I was especially impressed with how quickly my deposit was processed and returned. Any minor deductions were clearly justified, and the breakdown was easy to understand. Overall, it was a smooth and reassuring experience during what can often be a stressful time.
