25th Nov 2025 (8 mo. ago)Christies did a lot of research to ensure the valuation was realistic and achievable - the marketing materials were excellent - the viewings process was straightforward, we always knew what has happening and when. As Christies have a few offices in the area our property had maximum buyer exposure which has resulted in a good offer that we have accepted within one month of launch. Thanks Perry and team.

12th Aug 2026 (12 days ago)Recently let a property with Leaders - process was fast and pretty smooth. What I would say is how pro active Carol was in property management. Identifying issues, getting all prepared in good time, arranging contractors and dealing with exiting tenants. I guess Carol doesn't sleep as responses were fast and prompt at all times of the day. Excellent service

Choosing Goodfellows for our most recent move was an obvious choice and we weren't disappointed. Kerry and her amazing Team were fantastic in our sale and also our purchase. Outstanding Property Management and Sales Service<br>I have been with SeOUL Estate Agents for many years, managing our property in New Malden while I live in Australia. Their service throughout has been exceptional.<br>Ian and Chris Kim in Property Management have always been kind, responsive and extremely helpful. They managed not only the letting of the property but also repairs, maintenance and refurbishment, giving me complete peace of mind despite being overseas.<br>More recently, Mr Kim Yoon in Sales successfully handled the sale of our property. He worked tirelessly arranging viewings and was professional, experienced, courteous and excellent in communicating with us throughout. Being in Australia could have made the process difficult, but he ensured that the sale and completion progressed smoothly without any problems.<br>I am extremely grateful to the entire SeOUL team for their outstanding service over many years. 8th Feb 2026 (6 mo. ago)I felt the agent had a lack of knowledge and understanding of our local area, and was too focused on metrics rather than seeing the advantages of our particular property over some of the other properties around us. I felt there was too much pressure being put on us to drop our asking price after only a few weeks in.- 28th Jul 2026 (27 days ago)In a very difficult market, John and Kai at the Banstead office persevered until our house was eventually sold. They conducted viewings with great professionalism and kept us regularly informed of feedback. John Ryan in particular was always an encouragement to us when offers did not materialise. Once an offer had been received, Mark was a great help in negotiating a reduction on our new-build home. Overall, an excellent experience with the service promised at the outset delivered all along the way. I definitely recommend The Personal Agent.

Wonderful, welcoming, hard working team, Mariam, Matt and Victoria under an experienced managerial skills of Martin.<br>Martin used his expertise and knowledge of the area in selling our 3 bedroom property extremely well. The whole process went smoothly, good communication supported our needs.<br>Big Thank you for everything. I will definitely recommend Ellisons to anyone who are in the need help with selling/buying a property.

I posted this in 2022 but it was somehow deleted so I’m posting it again.<br>We found the Belvoir office in Carshalton Beeches to be very inexperienced - the owner and staff are new to the business and when things go wrong they have no idea how to handle it. Their vetting/referencing processes were totally inadequate. We have lost over £10,000 in unpaid rent, cleaning and legal costs as a result or their inadequate referencing. Belvoir, and their referencing agent Let Alliance, gave our prospective tenants a “pass” on the referencing report and it subsequently turned out that those prospective tenants had faked their payslips, faked their employment and were fraudsters! Belvoir/Let Alliance refused to acknowledge their mistake or accept liability. We will NEVER use Belvoir again, nor any letting agent that uses Let Alliance as a referencing agent.

Both times they have been extremely professional and effective at helping us achieve a swift and smooth completion.<br>Darshil is always available to talk to and extremely helpful guiding us through the sale of our property. They found a good buyer in less than 28 days and guided us well throughout the process.<br>I would strongly recommend Ellisons to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Raynes Park area.
