We were very pleased with the service that was provided, dedication and professionalism shown by all the team. We were unfortunate to lose our first buyer but Hamptons swiftly replaced with an even more suitable buyer. It's been a difficult market politically however this did not affect the performance of Hamptons, our trusted estate agent. We would have no hesitation in recommended their service to our friends and family.

It’s a big step for me and my partner moving into our first flat together as a couple and Yasmin helped make the process smoother and stress free. From the flat viewing to the correspondence thru phone calls and emails when we decided to go with the flat, she was very clear, communicative, thorough and very patient with our queries and requests. We felt like she was looking out for our best interests too as well as the Landlord’s. Couldn’t have asked for a better professional to help us get our first home. We appreciate you loads, Yasmin!

She was proactive, communicative, and genuinely helpful in pushing things along, which made a big difference during what could have been a much more frustrating experience. It’s clear she takes her role seriously and actually looks to support tenants. Really appreciated her help.
25th Nov 2025 (23 weeks ago)Christies did a lot of research to ensure the valuation was realistic and achievable - the marketing materials were excellent - the viewings process was straightforward, we always knew what has happening and when. As Christies have a few offices in the area our property had maximum buyer exposure which has resulted in a good offer that we have accepted within one month of launch. Thanks Perry and team.

They somehow manage to be human, friendly and highly professional all at once! Their advice is thoughtful and measured, and has been invaluable to me over the last ten years of them managing one of my rental properties. They respond quickly, are highly knowledgeable and never let anything drop. They are so close tuned in to the local market that they are really the only agent to use in this area

They may start ignoring you, not responding to calls and emails, never fulfil their promises and delay the return of your deposit. Lack of their internal communication between Sutton and Leighton Buzzard branches are laughable. One branch tells you one thing, another branch something else. They can't even make an effort by talking to each other. Avoid at all cost.

What I like the most about it is that the staff were very helpful especially ( Callum Murphy ) and the whole process was smooth and straightforward. They were friendly, professional, and quick to respond to any queries I had. I’m really happy with my new home and the service provided.

They were professional throughout the entire process and communication was spot on at all times. Particular thanks to Liam who was excellent. From start to finish, their professionalism and communication really stood out. The check-out process was clearly explained well in advance, which made preparing for the move much less stressful. They provided a helpful checklist and were always available to answer any questions I had, responding promptly and politely every time. On the day of the inspection, everything was handled fairly and transparently. The agent was punctual, respectful, and took the time to walk through the property with me, ensuring I understood any points being noted. There were no surprises, and I felt the whole process was conducted with honesty and integrity. I was especially impressed with how quickly my deposit was processed and returned.
