Identifying issues, getting all prepared in good time, arranging contractors and dealing with exiting tenants. I guess Carol doesn't sleep as responses were fast and prompt at all times of the day. Excellent service

They always answered our calls and any questions we had and kept us in the loop every step of the way. Their patience and honest advice meant the world to us during the whole process and turned what could have been a very stressful time into a smooth experience. William communicated clearly, responded promptly, and ensured each stage of the process was seamlessly handled efficiently and with care. His attention to detail and consistent support made the experience smooth and straightforward. I am pleased with the high standard of service provided and confidently give a 5?star review to William.- 3rd Aug 2026 (21 days ago)After a disappointing experience with two other well known local agents (6-8 weeks each, only 4-5 viewings between them, and listings that weren't optimised to reach the right buyers), we switched to Bairstow Eve's Kenley branch; and the difference was night and day.<br>Maxine and her team brought genuine local market knowledge and a clear sense of what actually sells in the area, rather than just charts and notifications. Maxine led the sales process brilliantly, while Dianne on completions was warm, patient, and reassuring throughout; the two of them complement each other perfectly.<br>Our first open house alone brought around 7 viewings and two offers. When that sale unfortunately fell through (through no fault of theirs), they got us straight back on the market, and a second open house delivered another strong turnout despite a shifting, uncertain market. We ended up with 3 offers and a successful completion, with every hiccup along the way handled smoothly.<br>Could not recommend them highly enough, genuinely the best estate agents we've dealt with. A massive thank you to Maxine, Dianne, and the whole team for seeing us through it. It was a pleasure knowing you, and we wish you all continued success.

Eve, Lino and the team were all very helpful, responsive and fully cooperative until the end. They went above and beyond and if we sell again it will definitely be through them. Thank you!

8th Feb 2026 (6 mo. ago)I felt the agent had a lack of knowledge and understanding of our local area, and was too focused on metrics rather than seeing the advantages of our particular property over some of the other properties around us. I felt there was too much pressure being put on us to drop our asking price after only a few weeks in.
28th Jul 2026 (27 days ago)In a very difficult market, John and Kai at the Banstead office persevered until our house was eventually sold. They conducted viewings with great professionalism and kept us regularly informed of feedback. John Ryan in particular was always an encouragement to us when offers did not materialise. Once an offer had been received, Mark was a great help in negotiating a reduction on our new-build home. Overall, an excellent experience with the service promised at the outset delivered all along the way. I definitely recommend The Personal Agent.

10th Aug 2026 (14 days ago)I had an appalling experience with this company. I arranged a house viewing which required me to travel for 3hrs+ there and back. 10 minutes before the viewing I texted the agent (Ahmad Wain) to double check I was in the right place. He immediately viewed it but offered no response. He was then 5 minutes late at which point I called him and he didn’t answer. I then had to call the office at which I was told the viewing had been cancelled, which I obviously I hadn’t been informed about . This was 30 minutes after the viewing was supposed to have started. It was a complete waste of my time and was immensely inconsiderate.<br>The next day I reached out to the agent to say I was dismayed at the events but I was still interested in the property. He never responded.<br>Then 3 weeks later the company had the audacity to reach out again to see if I was still interested in renting.<br><br>I am appalled at this company’s behaviour, they clearly have very little consideration for their customers. Being a real estate agent is a painfully simple job and to be this incompetent is astounding. I would strongly advise against any students or young people using this company.

I posted this in 2022 but it was somehow deleted so I’m posting it again.<br>We found the Belvoir office in Carshalton Beeches to be very inexperienced - the owner and staff are new to the business and when things go wrong they have no idea how to handle it. Their vetting/referencing processes were totally inadequate. We have lost over £10,000 in unpaid rent, cleaning and legal costs as a result or their inadequate referencing. Belvoir, and their referencing agent Let Alliance, gave our prospective tenants a “pass” on the referencing report and it subsequently turned out that those prospective tenants had faked their payslips, faked their employment and were fraudsters! Belvoir/Let Alliance refused to acknowledge their mistake or accept liability. We will NEVER use Belvoir again, nor any letting agent that uses Let Alliance as a referencing agent.

I am very happy to review and recommend this office team.<br>They were my delightfully proactive sales agents for a residential property in a town in Surrey.<br>They found a buyer - not easy these days. Then they diligently initiated and monitored every step through to a successful sale.<br>Nice people too, naturally polite, prompt communications, discussing & recommended actions and always respectful.<br>My thanks to Lauren Eagles in the lead, Fran, Oliver, Carole, Tamsin and Natasha the Marketing Consultant.<br>Hope you too are successful with C&W.

10th Mar 2026 (24 weeks ago)POOR MANAGEMENT and failure to provide Full tenancy file including the documents of All referencing documents or confirmation that none was sought Guarantor documentation or confirmation that none was sought Inspection logs or confirmation that none are available -one after 9mths-much damage to the property All compliance certificates and dates of service -failure to issue the correct and necessary documents to the tenant resulting in a void section 21 Complaints handling records - failure to respond to complaints Internal notes relating to the tenancy Copies of all communications with the tenant They redress scheme membership details - YET TO KNOW IF THEY BELONG
