I have had dealings with Hamptons for quite a few years and always received good service.<br>Lately a very sensitive situation developed, coming from other sources, which needed extra tact and diplomacy and Katie proved to be the perfect person, helping to resolve the matter fairly and easily.
14th Aug 2026 (10 days ago)I wanted to leave a review to say a huge thank you to Ronnie and Tanya at Paul Graham.<br><br>Ronnie was absolutely brilliant from the very beginning. He really listened to what we were looking for and consistently sent us properties that genuinely matched our criteria. He was personable, easy to talk to and, importantly, never made us feel pressured. We actually looked forward to arranging viewings with him because he didn’t use the typical estate-agent sales tactics or create unnecessary urgency around making offers. Having worked as an estate agent myself, I know the techniques that can sometimes be used to encourage buyers to act quickly, so I really appreciated Ronnie’s straightforward and relaxed approach.<br><br>Tanya was equally fantastic when she showed us the house we eventually bought through Paul Graham. She gave us plenty of time to look around properly, never rushed us and was completely honest about the level of interest in the property rather than trying to create artificial competition. It made the whole viewing feel comfortable and allowed us to make our decision in our own time.<br><br>Their approach was genuinely refreshing and something I think many estate agents could learn from. They were patient, honest, professional and a pleasure to deal with throughout. After having some less positive experiences with other agents during our property search, dealing with<br>Paul Graham was a completely different experience.<br><br>Thank you Ronnie, Tanya and the team — we couldn’t recommend you highly enough.

Nicola Macdonald and Grant Brown stood out as extremely efficient, professional estate agents who kept me informed at all stages of the process and who were always on hand to answer any queries I might have. They found a buyer quickly and took the pain out of what could have been a very trying experience. They were helpful and friendly and I'm extremely grateful to them. I would recommend Choices to anyone wishing to sell their property.

7th Aug 2026 (17 days ago)Had an amazing experience with all the workers here, especially Ozlem Murataglu and Aidan Nigel. Ozlem have an in depth tour of the property which I fell in love with and Aidan provided me with clear clarity on my mortgage advice ! Highly recommend!
5th Aug 2026 (19 days ago)Stayed at a short stay hosted by this company, they make you pay a £300 deposit outside of the booking app, the booking app states 7 days for this to be returned having chased this they said that their policy is 10 days, upon constant chasing 30+ days later this has still not been returned for various reasons, people on holiday, back logs etc etc, with numerous occasions of people not getting back to me, after an unsatisfactory conversation where I was told they could not give me a timescale and if I had a problem raise it with my bank. I have then left a negative review across popular review sites. They have manged to remove one of these. they have now said that they would not refund the owed deposit until I removed the review from this site, which I did as I need my money back. 5 days later still no refund so I am now posting again, really dissapointed. I have text evidence of this interaction. it is now the 5th August and no refund.
12th Aug 2026 (12 days ago)Recently let a property with Leaders - process was fast and pretty smooth. What I would say is how pro active Carol was in property management. Identifying issues, getting all prepared in good time, arranging contractors and dealing with exiting tenants. I guess Carol doesn't sleep as responses were fast and prompt at all times of the day. Excellent service

Their communication was excellent. They kept us well informed, was always responsive to our questions, and made sure we understood what was happening at every stage.<br><br>Buying a home can be a stressful and complicated process, however with Ushers team positive attitude, patience, and willingness to go the extra mile made everything feel so much smoother and more manageable. 10th Aug 2026 (14 days ago)LANDLORDS BEWARE!! I posted this in 2022 but it was somehow deleted so I’m posting it again.<br>We found the Belvoir office in Carshalton Beeches to be very inexperienced - the owner and staff are new to the business and when things go wrong they have no idea how to handle it. Their vetting/referencing processes were totally inadequate. We have lost over £10,000 in unpaid rent, cleaning and legal costs as a result or their inadequate referencing. Belvoir, and their referencing agent Let Alliance, gave our prospective tenants a “pass” on the referencing report and it subsequently turned out that those prospective tenants had faked their payslips, faked their employment and were fraudsters! Belvoir/Let Alliance refused to acknowledge their mistake or accept liability. We will NEVER use Belvoir again, nor any letting agent that uses Let Alliance as a referencing agent.

They listen to my needs and concerns when selling a property and made sure everything from pricing to marketing is in line with what I need. I love the fact that they update me very quickly on any viewings so I don't have to chase. Louis from their branch is absolutely amazing! He cares about his clients and gives them an amazing experience. I put my full trust in Louis and Cubitt & West to. If you're looking for an estate agents that are that care about their clients, are quick to update you and provide excellent guidance + transparency then I 100% recommend this branch.

She ensured all our questions were resolved, making this the smoothest rental experience we’ve ever had. We highly recommend Hunters Carshalton and will certainly return to them when we are ready to purchase our next property.

20th Aug 2026 (4 days ago)I recently purchased a property through Loft and had a brilliant experience from start to finish.<br><br>From dealing with Ollie on my initial enquiry, to meeting Tom at the viewing and then dealing with him throughout the transaction, right through to collecting the keys from Kristen, the whole process was seamless.<br><br>I never felt like I had to chase for updates, communication was always clear, and any questions I had were answered quickly.<br><br>As an estate agent myself, and knowing the industry very well, I know how much work goes on behind the scenes to keep a transaction moving smoothly.
