Their staff all go the extra mile to ensure that the experience of selling a house is simple and not stressful.<br>Their staff company keeps you fully updated on any viewings and feedback.<br>They seem really invested in you as well as your house they are selling which is a really nice touch.

12th Jun 2025 (1 year ago)We had an awful experience renting our house for 10 years with Strakers when we lived abroad. Our home turned from a beautiful place with a “wow factor” into a filthy mess with tens of thousands of pounds worth of damage under Strakers watch. After 5 years they replaced a competent manager with someone with zero experience and no common sense who told us that the place was in very good condition. We returned to find a huge mess. The Strakers agent is completely incompetent. Avoid Strakers if you wish to rent your home!

Selling a house can be stressful but at every stage we received guidance, support and clarity. No hesitation in recommending them to you in the highest possible terms

Not only did we have no prior experience of renting, but we were currently living 100 miles away, which presented considerable logistical problems. Sue and Toni at Belvoir, Devizes were not only very knowledgeable, but also extremely kind and helpful. They guided us through the process and with their assistance we were able to secure a suitable property only two weeks after first contacting them. We are very grateful for their support.

The service offered by Ben and Stewart is friendly and helpful and they always replied promptly to our questions or concerns. They clearly have great local knowledge and vast experience with the property market especially around the town. From the very beginning of our house move right through to completion, the whole experience was made so much easier thanks to the incredible team, especially Izzy and Callum.<br><br>Moving house can be incredibly stressful, but they went above and beyond to take so much of that stress away. Izzy in particular was absolutely incredible throughout the entire process. She was always on hand, incredibly responsive, professional, reassuring and genuinely invested in making sure everything went as smoothly as possible. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and we always felt that we could contact her whenever we needed to — which made such a huge difference during what can otherwise be a very overwhelming time.<br><br>Callum was equally fantastic and both of them were so approachable, friendly and helpful from start to finish. They kept us informed, answered every question we had and made us feel completely supported throughout the whole journey.<br><br>What really stood out was that we never felt like just another customer. Booking a viewing was super easy, and he always responded to our queries quickly.<br><br>During the viewing we had a thorough walkthrough and were given plenty of time to explore without feeling rushed. At the offer stage communication was completely open and transparent, keeping us informed throughout.<br><br>To top it off, everyone in the office was incredibly friendly and welcoming when collecting the keys.<br><br>Would highly recommend James and the whole team!

18th Nov 2024 (1 year ago)Excellent communication, attention to detail and don't take on too many clients (unlike some other agents I considered) and so had the time to be thorough and do a great job, going above and beyond what I expected. Jules negotiated an unexpectedly good sale price for my house and, with the additional support of Nicola at the Whitfields office to progress the sale, really helped keep everything on track. Both buyer and seller are treated with respect and honesty and there is regular communication with both parties right through to completion.
