14th Jun 2026 (21 days ago)We dealt with Knight Frank between January and May 2026, purchasing a house through them in the Winchester area. During the process our agent was always calm, helpful and encouraging. From the initial viewing to completion they were quick to respond and follow up any questions we had, being available within an hour or two during a busy day. They were focused at all times on finding a way to get us over that exchange of contracts line, liaising with the relevant parties (vendors, solicitors, the management company), anticipating and dealing with issues that might hold things up.

Paul Vincent was very quick to respond to calls and emails, and provided me with all the information I asked for. Josh was also great for showing me around the property whenever I requested it and for giving me information during the viewing, while allowing me the freedom to browse as long as I needed.
16th Jun 2026 (19 days ago)If 0 stars was an option, I would leave it.<br>The company do not care about their renters once you get in. They left us 2 months without radiators and huge disruptions which effected us and claimed it was all done in a "timely manner" all other tenants and people in our whole block had discounted rent but we did not, it wasn't even considered from these people as they weren't the ones living in the state we had to.<br>We had flooding and was left all weekend as their emergency lines do not work, clothes were damaged from this and no response was provided as an apology when made aware.<br>Leaky dishwasher never was fixed, caused huge rotting in the wood to the point it was dangerous for me as I had an injury but they just rescrewed the boards down and left corners lifted up.<br>A flat buzzer that never worked so we missed countless parcels.<br>Countless threats about my pets and they would take the deposit from a but of mess that was an accident in our first few months and due to someone else complaining and making false allegations, should have added a pet clause into the contract asking for a pet deposit instead of just countless threats.<br>They took just under half our deposit for an invoice which is made by their internal company, the invoice had the wrong address, invalid dates and also just repeated itself multiple times.<br><br>They gave me the "complaints procedure" but it now coincidentally sends you to an email that is no longer monitored. The company are awful and I do not recommend them if you are looking to rent!
17th Feb 2026 (20 weeks ago)From start to finish the service they provided was first class. The house we sold was a probate property and I live 100miles away so needed an agent I could trust. Richard led the sale and went above and beyond to help us through an emotional few months. We were guided through every stage with sound advice and expert knowledge . We were given updates after each viewing and I found I could ring any of the team with any issue and know that my query was dealt with promptly . When the chain broke a week before exchange the whole office went above and beyond to get the house back on the market and we had 2 viewings booked within 24hrs. Every step of the way they provided first class support. I have no hesitation in recommending them to sell or buy a property and am so glad I chose them . Thankyou to everyone in the team

30th Nov 2021 (4 years ago)The team in Brockenhurst couldn't have been more helpful in making a very stressful process seem a lot easier. From the initial meeting they were all very professional and knowledgeable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this office if you are selling your property.
26th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)We just sold our house with Paul Jeffreys and the whole team were great! Back in October we were deciding what estate agents to sell / buy with and after one call with Matt it was obvious we liked them the most! The original house we were purchasing was withdrawn from the market - not their fault at all and they were so kind & apologetic. They kept us up to date and put up with my chasing for updates when we were stuck in a big chain! Hopefully we are now in our ‘forever home’ but if not, we would definitely be using them again. Thanks to Paul, Matt, Yvette and the rest of the team! Mr & Mrs S Biddlecombe

10th Aug 2024 (1 year ago)The property didn’t sell. The asking price was high to start with, but I admired their ambition. The market isn’t great, so I doubt it was the endeavours of the agent to blame. Pleasant enough and efficient enough, but one black mark was a viewing that I only found out about after the event.

The team found a lovely local couple to purchase our cherished home and they worked relentlessly in the background chasing up the whole chain so we had the latest information available. They could not have done any more for us !!! Excellent service by Glenn and the whole team.

18th Jun 2026 (17 days ago)Throughout the 10 months it took to sell, I felt as if I was Darren's only customer. He called me regularly to update me on viewings, he explained how the property fitted into the local market, so that I felt comfortable with the asking price. I was provided with a prompt, written valuation by Chris when I needed it quickly for Inheritance Tax purposes. When completion was coming up, Darren answered my questions on practical issues and kept me informed of progress. After a bad initial experience with another firm who produced inaccurate, unappealing marketing material at a snail's pace, it was a relief to feel in good hands and I would use Hayward Fox again if I had a property in their to sell.
