9th Jul 2026 (6 weeks ago)Truly first rate experience from start to finish.<br><br>Of the 3 higher end national estate agents we invited around to value our home last November, there was one standout - Knight Frank.<br><br>Ed Hunt and Lottie Lambert from Knight Frank’s Winchester office displayed a level of pre-preparation I was very surprised to see. They came armed with the floor plan and previous sales particulars (we had bought 7 years prior through another agent), and immediately remarked on the improvements we had made. Such was their level of professionalism and genuine enthusiasm for our home that my wife and I both said afterwards that there was no competition; we wanted them to sell our house.<br><br>While the market has been challenging, Knight Frank succeeded in finding two buyers / and offers for us in a period of weeks; and helped us cultivate the most promising of the two while they marketed their own house in Balham. That sale was being conducted through Knight Frank’s Balham office, ensuring great communication all round.<br><br>Lottie has been with us every step of the way and with the sale now exchanged, I felt it right to post this review (entirely unsolicited) to highlight what I consider exemplary service throughout. Would highly recommend. Sincere thanks from both of us.

Paul Vincent was very quick to respond to calls and emails, and provided me with all the information I asked for. Josh was also great for showing me around the property whenever I requested it and for giving me information during the viewing, while allowing me the freedom to browse as long as I needed.

17th Feb 2026 (6 mo. ago)From start to finish the service they provided was first class. The house we sold was a probate property and I live 100miles away so needed an agent I could trust. Richard led the sale and went above and beyond to help us through an emotional few months. We were guided through every stage with sound advice and expert knowledge . We were given updates after each viewing and I found I could ring any of the team with any issue and know that my query was dealt with promptly . When the chain broke a week before exchange the whole office went above and beyond to get the house back on the market and we had 2 viewings booked within 24hrs. Every step of the way they provided first class support. I have no hesitation in recommending them to sell or buy a property and am so glad I chose them . Thankyou to everyone in the team

My buying process wasn't straight forward but she was always on hand to answer questions and reassure me. This is especially great as a first time buyer, the process can feel overwhelming but Ali was amazing every step of the way! 10/10 would recommend to anyone currently looking to buy.

We were relocating to the area so they provided local information and assisted with weekend visits. Even on Sundays! When the day of completion went completely disastrous (not their fault) they were kind and supportive, letting us “camp” in their office all day. Nothings too much trouble. Would thoroughly recommend as they have years of experience between them. ??????

This was fantastic service from the start: Yvonne is reassuring, professional and efficient. Both Yvonne and Amber have a friendly, empathetic manner and dealt with any query I had really quickly. They turned what was initially a really stressful situation for me into a smooth, fuss free experience and I therefore thoroughly recommend Austin and Wyatt Lettings - I have been using them for nearly 10 years to find tenants for my property and each time the experience gets better and better. Thank you both, you're a credit to your profession.
23rd Jul 2026 (4 weeks ago)I honestly can’t thank Adam enough for everything he did during my move.<br><br>As a single woman with severe disabilities selling a house on my own, I was genuinely very scared and worried about the whole process and how I was going to manage everything. From the very start, Adam was incredibly warm and made me feel like I wasn’t facing it all alone. He went above and beyond to help me in ways I would never have expected from an estate agent.<br><br>Before the photos were taken, Adam even got stuck in and helped me make sure the house looked its absolute best, from hoovering to helping with the little finishing touches. Because of my disabilities, there were things I simply couldn’t manage myself, so having him step in without hesitation and help in such a practical and thoughtful way meant more to me than he probably ever realised.<br><br>Once we found a buyer, things became pretty stressful with the chain and there always seemed to be some new uncertainty. Adam was there the whole way through, keeping me updated, reassuring me when I was worried and chasing solicitors whenever things needed pushing. He was always happy to talk to me on the phone, even during the times when I was calling a lot because I was worried or anxious about what was happening. He never made me feel like I was a nuisance and was incredibly patient, kind and reassuring.<br><br>When the stress of the move became overwhelming and made me very unwell, Adam was genuinely so supportive and understanding. Every time there was paperwork or documents that needed dealing with, he would come round to help me complete them and make sure they were sent to the right people. Nothing ever seemed like too much trouble for him.<br><br>The move genuinely wouldn’t have happened without him. Then, the day before completion, he came back one last time to help hoover again so the house was ready for the new owners. That’s the kind of care and service you just don’t expect these days.<br><br>If you’re looking for an estate agent who genuinely cares about the person behind the sale and will do everything he can to get your move over the finish line, I couldn’t recommend Adam at Fox & Sons highly enough. I’ll always be incredibly grateful for everything he did for me.

From Chris coming out to Dani doing all the background bits and pieces.<br>Whenever I have called or popped they have always been welcoming and happy to chat with me.<br>Their local knowledge is superb and if looking to buy or sell locally they are the best.<br>Dani has kept me up to date with everything through the whole process and always remained smiling and patient.

The market isn’t great, so I doubt it was the endeavours of the agent to blame. Pleasant enough and efficient enough, but one black mark was a viewing that I only found out about after the event.

16th Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)The friendly, hard working and professional team at Fells Gulliver went above and beyond to ensure the smooth progress of the whole chain when we bought a house they were selling. They worked tirelessly to support us, with regular communication and updates. They were always honest, helpful and patient. Having had a glimpse of how hard it is to manage a chain, their calm, cheerful resilience made a stressful time bearable with the most fantastic outcome. They are not only great estate agents, they are genuinely lovely decent people. We won’t be moving again for a long time as we are now living in our dream home but when we do, we will use Fells Gulliver. We have no hesitation it recommending them wholeheartedly.
20th Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)Pococks were involved in our house purchase - staff were supportive and proactive in getting a particularly long chain moving. Communication was excellent and they were the only estate agent involved in our moving process who made the many difficulties manageable. It is a shame we had been unable to use them for the sale of our house but will do if needed in the future.

They sold my property incredibly quickly and achieved the full asking price, with the whole process from listing to completion taking less than four months.<br><br>All of the viewings were handled smoothly, and throughout the process Tom, the manager, and especially Chloe were fantastic. I dealt with Chloe regularly and she was always incredibly helpful, responsive and kept me updated at every stage, which made what can be a stressful process feel much easier.<br><br>We were really impressed with the level of service and how efficiently everything was handled. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Charters to anyone looking to sell their property, particularly in the Totton area.

Communication was excellent at every stage, both with my wife and I as landlords and with our tenants. Everything was handled efficiently, clearly and with a genuine level of care.<br><br>What really stood out to us was how approachable and reliable the whole team were. We always felt that our property and our tenants were in safe hands, and that everyone involved was being treated with the same level of respect and professionalism.<br><br>We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Marco Harris to anyone looking for a trustworthy and professional property management company. Sadly, my process of buying wasn't straightforward but she would keep me in the loop and go the extra mile to ensure I could buy my dream property. If I were to look again, I know I would go back to Austin and Wyatt.
