Throughout the entire process, their communication, professionalism and commitment have been faultless.<br><br>In particular, Sophie has gone above and beyond on countless occasions. She has proactively chased multiple parties, kept momentum when things stalled, and made sure everyone stayed aligned so the sale could progress. What really stood out was her consistency — replying early, late, after hours, even while unwell — simply because she didn’t want my mum or the chain to lose pace. That level of dedication is rare in any industry, let alone one as stressful as property sales.<br><br>Sophie’s personable nature, empathy, and genuine care made a difficult process far easier for both of us. She treated my mum with patience and kindness, and she kept me updated at every stage without ever being asked. We were relocating back to the UK which made communication a little trickier. rose was extremely proactive in supporting us and presenting highly suitable options to consider. Communication was great throughout the process and Rose was great at working around time zones. Ultimately, we secured an ideal property in a tight timeframe. I would highly recommend Rose and Hamptons to anyone looking for a new home.

She was always prompt in responding to any questions and went above and beyond by meeting me at the property before my move-in date so I could measure spaces and windows in advance. Throughout the entire process, Elycia was professional, approachable, and incredibly supportive. Her friendly attitude and excellent communication made a real difference, and I always felt well looked after. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a genuine letting agent.

From the moment she answered the phone, she was incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely interested in helping me.<br><br>Mia asked thoughtful questions that no other agent had asked, and she raised points I hadn’t even considered. Her knowledge and attention to detail really stood out. What impressed me most was how much she seemed to care about us as potential vendors, rather than simply treating it as another enquiry.<br><br>On the same day, I spoke with six other estate agents, and not one of them came close to providing the level of service, interest, and personal attention that Mia did. She made me feel valued and listened to, which meant a great deal.<br><br>We are still considering whether to sell our home, but if we do decide to move forward, I would definitely consider using Leaders—especially if Mia could be our representative.<br><br>A huge thank you to Mia for such an outstanding first impression. Communication was always clear, and we felt supported throughout.<br>Despite numerous check-ins from me we were always met with patience and good humour, which says a lot about the way they work.<br>Lucy in particular did an amazing job keeping things moving and staying on top of everything when challenges came up.<br>Overall, a genuinely positive experience and I’d definitely recommend Lucy and the wider team.

9th Jun 2026 (27 days ago)5 starts purely for Kyra Naomi, we ended up enduring a 9month sale that was not straight forward and Kyra was attentive the entire time. Most people in this situation would give up or not be bothered as it took so long but Kyra was always on the phone or available by text never an issue. Great employee. TA did not act on behalf of me but Kyra was great to deal with.
