From day one, they’ve always been professional, responsive, and genuinely caring. Lisa is absolutely amazing. She goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly and that tenants feel heard and looked after. Any issues I’ve had over the years have been addressed promptly and with real attention to detail. It’s rare to find a property management team that truly values both the property and the people living in it — but Lisa and her team really do. I feel lucky to be renting through them, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, trustworthy, and friendly agency.

26th Mar 2026 (14 weeks ago)We used Sibley Pares to conduct a survey on our commercial property, right from the start they were extremely helpful! Arranged a date, even though they were busy, they squeezed us in as it was quite urgent! Alex turned up on time and was very professional, a full report was emailed to us within 48 hours! I would also like to mention Gill who was very helpful when I asked her to change something for me, nothing was too much trouble! I would highly recommend this company to anyone that needed this type of service!
26th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)Duncan came to view and value our 6 bedroom property in Egerton …stayed for an hour and a half …. left promising to send detailed email valuation … two weeks later still nothing despite calling the office to check he had the correct details. Not very professional and not a good sign. Won’t be proceeding with savills
1st Jul 2026 (4 days ago)Adam was fantastic throughout our property search. He managed to arrange a viewing for us at very short notice, even though all Saturday appointments were already booked. He was always quick to respond to our questions and proactive in getting information from both the agency and the seller.<br>Although we didn’t end up buying through the agency, they were by far the best agency we dealt with during our search. Everyone we spoke to and met at viewings was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. We’d highly recommend Adam and the team.

28th Jun 2026 (7 days ago)I contacted Kings Estate Agents after seeing them advertise that they were actively looking for properties to sell. I asked if they would represent my home, only to receive a haughty email to say that my Property didn’t reach The calibre of the kind of property they wanted to market and they were at capacity only wanting to focus on premium properties.<br><br>I found this both surprising and disappointing. My property is a well-presented two-bedroom ground floor conversion with off-road parking in a desirable central Tunbridge Wells location, and Kings regularly market similar properties. To make matters more confusing, the very next day I saw them advertising on Facebook asking for more properties to sell.<br><br>I completely understand that every estate agent has the right to choose which instructions they take on. However, I was left feeling disregarded and that my property wasn’t worthy of their time. A more considerate and transparent explanation would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend them.

They were responsive, knowledgeable and helped to get the transaction across the line, which had some tight timeframes and complex legal points to meet and address. We would absolutely recommend Your Move.

They were always approachable and friendly, professional and supportive throughout the whole process of selling my late mother's home. I would highly recommend them.

He is very knowledgeable and provided us with loads of useful information, given it was our first rodeo.<br><br>Our agent, Jessie, showed us the properties we were interested in, taking note of our needs and interests. She was very proactive and handled our case expertly, updating us along the way and translating all the jargon used between solicitors for us, making our lives easier.<br><br>I can't recommend them enough. If anyone asks me for an estate agent/agency, you'll be my first recommendation.

9th Jun 2026 (26 days ago)5 starts purely for Kyra Naomi, we ended up enduring a 9month sale that was not straight forward and Kyra was attentive the entire time. Most people in this situation would give up or not be bothered as it took so long but Kyra was always on the phone or available by text never an issue. Great employee. TA did not act on behalf of me but Kyra was great to deal with.

23rd Mar 2026 (15 weeks ago)Thomas and his team were efficient, professional and helpful throughout the whole process. Whatever we needed answering, support or chasing they were on it quickly. Thomas knew exactly what we wanted/needed in a home. Francis gave us updates weekly, daily towards exchange and completion. Also a big Thank You to Adele too. We are in our forever home and it's all Thanks to Thomas and his team.
