3rd May 2024 (2 years ago)Really good local knowledge which is key and communication was excellent with the use of my propertyfile. All agents were well informed and always helpful. The selling fee amounts to a lot but you get what you pay for so it was worth it to get me a buyer quite quickly at an acceptable price.

18th Sep 2024 (1 year ago)Told it'd be a fair viewing system and everyone would get a chance to view it before a decision, so don't worry about making an early viewing and late week one would be fine, to then be told one of the first viewers have been accepted. Pretty disgusting service, if the landlord can decide to take the first viewers then why lie to people about a "fair system".

They have been knowledgeable and extremely helpful and made the whole selling process run smoothly with less stress. Le Grys created an attractive marketing campaign that really highlighted the strengths and unique features of the house the photos and overall presentation were excellent. They also managed the viewings with great care and efficiency, giving me clear feedback after each visit. I highly recommend them to everyone looking to sell à property.

It can be a really emotional decision to sell your house and Jenny has taken all the stress out of the situation.- 9th Nov 2024 (1 year ago)Wood & Pilcher were great during our sale this past summer. They provided us with advice to prepare our house before we were signed up with them and then 3 months later when we were ready to go to market they got us out there quickly and got us a buyer inside a week. When that fell through, we went back to market and got a better offer the following week. Communication was excellent and either Amanda or Steve was avaliable whenever we needed them. Would highly recommend them.

26th Apr 2026 (13 days ago)I would highly recommend Martin & Co, the photos, with the 360 view of each room and descriptions were very impressive in advertising my property. I am sure this contributed to a significant amount of viewings and an offer being put in after two weeks. David and his team kept me informed throughout the journey. I would not hesitate in recommending them.

11th Feb 2026 (12 weeks ago)I can’t recommend Rafferty and Picards enough. Their video of our house showed it at it’s best. The advice that Paul and John gave us on the way was invaluable. From the offer we had in September to our move in January, it couldn’t have gone more smoothly. They were both professional and helpful in all aspects and kept us updated on a regular basis. Many thanks John and Paul for reducing our stress levels during this time.
