James, Richard and Toby were fantastic throughout the whole process.<br><br>They were very honest when helping us get our home ready for sale, and they managed to get the viewings organised and an offer agreed at asking price in very short order.<br><br>They were communicative throughout and followed up with everything in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

He was absolutely outstanding.<br>His communication was excellent, he was always available to answer our questions, he kept us updated every step of the way and was proactive in chasing things whenever progress stalled. However, Leon was excellent and I cannot rate him highly enough. He was patient, kind and really took the time to show me the right properties. He worked around my difficult logistics and encouraged me even when I had been disillusioned by other agencies! I always felt in safe hands and trusted his judgement. His follow up was also excellent; keeping me informed every step of the way and stepping in to ensure things went smoothly. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he was only too willing to answer my myriad of questions!
