From selecting and introducing us to excellent tenants to ensuring the property was well maintained the service we received was outstanding. I would have no hesitation in recommending greenfields to family and friends and if necessary would definitely use them again. With special thanks to Azam who went of his way to help when I really needed it.

She was so patient and understanding, especially when it came to paperwork and the emotional side of moving. Over the years, she was always available, making the process so smooth. When I decided to move and finally leave, Kerry went above and beyond, helping me with the check-out process, ensuring all the documentation was perfect, and making sure my deposit was returned promptly. Outstanding Property Management and Sales Service<br>I have been with SeOUL Estate Agents for many years, managing our property in New Malden while I live in Australia. Their service throughout has been exceptional.<br>Ian and Chris Kim in Property Management have always been kind, responsive and extremely helpful. They managed not only the letting of the property but also repairs, maintenance and refurbishment, giving me complete peace of mind despite being overseas.<br>More recently, Mr Kim Yoon in Sales successfully handled the sale of our property. He worked tirelessly arranging viewings and was professional, experienced, courteous and excellent in communicating with us throughout. Being in Australia could have made the process difficult, but he ensured that the sale and completion progressed smoothly without any problems.<br>I am extremely grateful to the entire SeOUL team for their outstanding service over many years.
