10th Jun 2026 (26 days ago)AVOID.<br><br>I’ve been a tenant with this agency for four years, but my experience over the past six months has been unacceptable. I’ve repeatedly reported an ongoing hot water issue and have spent months chasing updates, yet the problem remains unresolved.<br><br>The hot water pressure has deteriorated to the point where I am now unable to take a proper shower in my own flat. Despite numerous reports and follow-ups, no effective solution has been provided.<br><br>If you’re looking for a responsive agency that takes maintenance issues seriously, this has not been my experience.

She really did everything in her power to make things work and I truly appreciated all her support during what can normally be a very stressful time. She communicates well with the landlord and handles tenants delicately and professionally. She took the initiative to invite other professionals from Hamptons large pool of experts to assist the landlord with decisions and was supportive in coordinating with the landlord’s contractors during extensive renovations.

Shash came highly recommended by a friend, and I’ve been very happy with her service. She showed me a selection of her own listings with Douglas & Gordon?, as well as properties listed through other agents within her network. The flat we found was exactly what I had been looking for. I am now back on the market for a London pied-à-terre and look forward to working with Shash again, as she is exactly the kind of realtor I was hoping to find.

Once we shared our search criteria’s with Charlie, he showed us flats that matched these and allowed us online visits and also on site when we were in London. He was very reactive and super helpful. 8th Jun 2026 (28 days ago)I got in touch with them regarding viewing a house.<br><br>Agent was extremely pushy regarding getting information out of me when I made it clear I would like a viewing first, put me off altogether. Also ignored my clear contact preferences I included in my request.<br><br>I really dislike agressive sales tactics.<br><br>Will update my review if and when I interact with this branch and hopefully will not have to deal with said agent again.<br><br>Please stop the sleazy sales tactics next time it’s so off putting when I just want to interact with someone professional and nice.
