From calling and emailing me to enquire on update and on my wellbeing too. The staff are friendly and helpful. When I need report for EPC they had contact. They also have a contact for a removal company which took the stress off. Over all a great experience thanks team WW Estate

He was always available whenever I had a question, no matter how big or small, and made what is often described as one of the most stressful times in life feel so much easier.<br><br>Brenda and Hope at the Mirfield branch were also absolutely lovely and helped us with so much along the way. The whole team have been brilliant from start to finish.<br><br>I will definitely be recommending Snowgate to all my family and friends. A huge thank you to Oliver, Brenda, Hope and the whole team for making our move such a positive experience. We really couldn’t have asked for better service! ??????<br><br>Thank you again! ???????
11th Aug 2026 (12 days ago)Difficult to get hold of, often don’t answer phones or call back when they state they will. Missed viewing opportunities with properties and was unable measure up etc whilst waiting for the sale to complete due to no responses or follow up.

The whole team was friendly, professional and always willing to help, making what can be a very stressful process much easier.<br><br>A special thank you to Braid Parsons, who went absolutely above and beyond for us. She kept on top of everything from start to finish, always kept us updated with excellent communication, and explained every step clearly so we always knew what was happening. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and her dedication and support made a huge difference throughout the process.<br><br>We genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better service and would highly recommend William H Brown to anyone buying or selling a home. I find this very, very disappointing from a letting agency making it harder for people like myself to try and find somewhere to live. And then they refused to turn not to the view and make one excuse after another. I find this very disappointed and very angry I come two and a half hours away on Friday and never turned up. It's one skis after a novel. And I find it very disappointing. When someone's coming nearly two and a half hours away to view a property. I'm very disappointed and very angry and now I've got to look for another letting agency. Never wanted to resolve it.

He handled the sale of my house with a really high level of professionalism, I’d previously used a more traditional estate agent as I hadn’t come across EweMove, the contrast was night and day and Paul made the selling experience enjoyable.<br><br>Paul was knowledgeable, approachable and kept everything moving when it could easily have become stressful. From the very beginning, he has been incredibly efficient, professional and genuinely helpful throughout my purchase journey so far.<br><br>Jake submitted my very first offer on what will be my dream home, and he has gone above and beyond at every stage since. He even delayed his lunch break so I could get to the office with my paperwork, then helped with all the technical side of uploading the documents so everything could be processed quickly.<br><br>Communication has been outstanding. Jake has kept me fully informed about my vendor's house search and the progress of the rest of the chain, so I've always known where things stood. He also instructed my solicitors on my behalf, making the whole process much smoother and taking a lot of the stress away.<br><br>Whenever I've called or emailed, Jake has always responded promptly.<br><br>If you're buying or selling a property, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jake and the team at Mallinson & Co. Picked up keys today and very happy with the purchase for the price I got it for - would 100% use them again for another purchase as they have a lot of good deals if you are looking to buy tenanted property.

From the initial viewing, the team were welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful, and they made the whole experience feel straightforward and stress-free.
