She also sourced life cover and buildings insurance. Jade was friendly and professional, and made it all a seamless process. I'll definitely be returning to Jade for more help in the future.

7th Aug 2026 (16 days ago)I shall be forever thankful that I found Vicky and the team at Oulsnam Redditch. Today, we complete on our house sale in Rubery after 9 painful months on the market with another agent, Oulsnam were a breath of fresh air. The service offered was impeccable, honest and they delivered. Within 5 days of being on the market with Oulsnam, I had 4 booked viewings, all conducted over a weekend with Jeff. Jeff was fantastic with the viewings and taking people around with knowledge and consideration. He kept me informed about how they each went, something that I completely lacked from my other agent. By the end of the weekend, after 4 viewings, I had 3 offers on the table! Absolutely amazing!! Vicky and the team achieved exactly what they set out to.<br>During the sale, Elisha and Debbie have been attentive and always on hand to take it through to a smooth completion. Picked up keys today and very happy with the purchase for the price I got it for - would 100% use them again for another purchase as they have a lot of good deals if you are looking to buy tenanted property.
1st Jul 2026 (8 weeks ago)Jones and associates are professional estate agents who sold my home . We met Jason when he came to valve our home he made us feel that selling it would be top priority. A wattsapp group was set up to keep in contact with them within 2weeks and a lot of work my house had sold. The photographer who took the pictures was very professional when taking the pictures and presented a perfect set of photos .If I needed to know anything I only had to write on wattsapp and it was quickly answered . They also provided an after sales person who communicated with both parties solicitors. I would definitely recommend this estate agents to ensure that you get a very professional service and a stress free experience when selling your home

Also a huge thank you to Sue, our Move Manager, who was brilliant throughout and particularly helpful in chasing things up and putting some much-needed pressure on our both sets of solicitors when things needed progressing!<br><br>We’re really grateful for all the help and support we received and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the team.
