Todd arranged viewings and the property was let within a week. He kept us informed throughout each step of the process and answered any queries we had, in a timely fashion.<br>He has also helped us on an existing rental, improving communications with the tenant.

11th Aug 2025 (10 mo. ago)I HAD ONE VIEWER ,THEY GAVE ME A TIME WHEN THE VIEWING WAS GOING TO TAKE PLACE WHICH WAS 2.15 ON A SATURDAY ME AND MY WIFE WENT TO A GARDEN CENTRE , WELL AT 3PM I PHONED WEBBS TO SEE IF THE VIEWING HAD FINISHED ,I WAS THEN TOLD OH NO WE DONT SHOW THESE PEOPLE AROUND UNTIL 3.30 PM I SAID I HAVE VOICEMAIL MESSAGE ON MY MOBILE THAT THE VIEWING WAS AT 2.15 ,I SAID WELL CAN YOU PHONE ME WHEN THE VIEWING AS FINISHED THEY SAID THEY WOULD.......WELL THEY DIDNT. THE FOLLOWING WEDNESDAY WEBBS PHONED, BUT WE WERE OUT THEY LEFT A MESSAGE FOR ME TO PHONE BACK, I DID BUT THE ASSISTANT WAS ON THE PHONE, I WAS TOLD SHE WOULD PHONE ME BACK, WELL SHE NEVER DID , WHEN I TERMINATED THE CONTRACT ,I AT TO GO TO THEIR CANNOCK OFFICE TO GET MY KEYS... ON THEIR BROCHURE TO ME WHEN I FIRST WENT WITH WEBBS ITS IN BOLD LETTERS NO SALE NO FEE , BUT THEY CHARGED ME £60I WENT WITH WEBBS ON THE 28th FEBRUARY2025 FINISHED WITH THEM END OF JUNE

We have had one hell of a house journey, through no fault of them but they have kept me level headed throughout. It’s been a rollercoaster and Kerry and Millie in particular have been fairy god mothers! Their knowledge and advice is next level and the support and communication was beyond phenomenal! I can’t recommend them all enough! A massive thank you! Friendly, professional, and can’t do enough for you! Simply the best!

They were patient, responsive to my needs and very professional. Julie Burdett and Nicola Clegg were particularly helpful with my transaction and supported well by Julie Gomersall when Nicola went on maternity leave. Claire Midgley was also great as a post sale progressor. Despite us and our sellers doing a lot of the communicating directly (through our sellers choice) she was very helpful, attentive, efficient and knowledgeable when I needed her. All round a great personal service and I have recommended them to a number of friends, family and colleagues.

His communication style when arranging viewings and giving feedback was excellent, and he made dealing with, what can be a stressful life event, much smoother to navigate. During all this time Lorna has always been extremely helpful and knowledgable guiding me in the right direction. When I sold my rental property it came with many problems which Lorna overcame with hard work and good advice. Her communication was always first class. 16th Jun 2026 (19 days ago)After a disappointing experience with another estate agent, moving to Paul Carr was the best decision we could have made. They sold our house within a week, and from start to finish the service has been excellent. The whole team has been friendly, professional and proactive throughout. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble. Whenever we had a question, they got back to us quickly and explained everything in a way that made sense, which made what can be a very stressful process feel much more manageable. We always felt like they genuinely cared about helping us move things forward rather than just waiting for us to chase them. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Paul Carr to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
29th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)Claire, Claire, Claire… what can we say? Claire Midgley was our rock throughout a very long and difficult conveyancing process. Working in the industry myself, I can certainly recognise a special agent when I see one and she certainly is a true credit to Dourish & Day. She listened to me rant (probably like a broken record at times) , offered advice and promised me she would chase and subsequently update me… and true to her word she was every single time!! To get the good news call from her personally today was the icing on the cake for me & my partner. Thank you so much Claire for all your help throughout, we appreciate you hugely ??????
26th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)Very impressed the the weekend and bank holiday that was in place. Viewing on Saturday pre BH Monday left me thinking I would hear nothing else until the Tuesday. How wrong was I? Offer and sale subject to contract all communicated the same weekend . Fabulous service ??????

1st Jul 2026 (4 days ago)honestly, this has been one of the worst experiences i’ve had with a property management company.<br><br>i’ve been chasing them since january to get a job done and they just don’t respond. i’ve emailed them, messaged them on whatsapp so many times, and most of the time i either get ignored or nothing actually gets done.<br><br>there’s a leak coming into my apartment from next door and because of it the wooden flooring has started lifting and coming apart. this has been going on for months and still nothing has been fixed.<br><br>when we moved in, the fridge drawers already had cracks in them. we reported it straight away but were told it wasn’t that serious. now the cracks have got much worse and it feels like they’re going to break completely at any time.<br><br>it’s really frustrating having to keep chasing people just to get basic maintenance sorted. there seems to be no sense of responsibility or urgency, and the customer service has honestly been awful.<br><br>i definitely wouldn’t recommend redstone property management based on my experience.
