I felt there was too much pressure being put on us to drop our asking price after only a few weeks in.

We have had one hell of a house journey, through no fault of them but they have kept me level headed throughout. It’s been a rollercoaster and Kerry and Millie in particular have been fairy god mothers! Their knowledge and advice is next level and the support and communication was beyond phenomenal! I can’t recommend them all enough! A massive thank you! Friendly, professional, and can’t do enough for you! Simply the best!

Kind regards Andy.- 26th Jun 2026 (9 days ago)Recently purchased a property through John German and wanted to review this estate agent as been excellent , strong communication throughout the process , Jayne and staff kept us updated weekly and was able to give us feedback and chase the chain involved .<br>I have used all estate agents in the past within uttoxeter and comparing to ABODE there is no comparable.<br>Some agents don’t work to sell your house this agent proved staff are committed and resilient and confident within their roles.<br>Don’t hesitate to use this agent to sell your home , you won’t be disappointed.

They sold our house within a week, and from start to finish the service has been excellent. The whole team has been friendly, professional and proactive throughout. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble. Whenever we had a question, they got back to us quickly and explained everything in a way that made sense, which made what can be a very stressful process feel much more manageable. We always felt like they genuinely cared about helping us move things forward rather than just waiting for us to chase them. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Paul Carr to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

The sales team did a fantastic job keeping us informed throughout the entire process. Yasmin, Antonia, and Hannah were consistently kind, professional, and clear in their communication, which made everything feel much smoother. The lettings team were equally impressive during our time as tenants. Any issues were handled promptly and efficiently, and we always felt well looked after. Annabel and Olivia were outstanding property managers, proactive, approachable, and always keeping us in the loop. Overall, we couldn’t be happier with our experience and would highly recommend Marble to anyone renting or buying.

Oliver was so helpful, approachable and professional. He guided us throughout the process, even out of office hours, which I know you wouldn't get through any of the bigger estate agencies. The house sold within a few days. Obviously this is a stressful time for anyone whose selling/buying, and this was a very emotional time for us, as this had been our home since 1969. Oliver was genuinely empathetic and, eased us through without any major problems.
