We have had one hell of a house journey, through no fault of them but they have kept me level headed throughout. It’s been a rollercoaster and Kerry and Millie in particular have been fairy god mothers! Their knowledge and advice is next level and the support and communication was beyond phenomenal! I can’t recommend them all enough! A massive thank you! Friendly, professional, and can’t do enough for you! Simply the best!

29th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)Claire, Claire, Claire… what can we say? Claire Midgley was our rock throughout a very long and difficult conveyancing process. Working in the industry myself, I can certainly recognise a special agent when I see one and she certainly is a true credit to Dourish & Day. She listened to me rant (probably like a broken record at times) , offered advice and promised me she would chase and subsequently update me… and true to her word she was every single time!! To get the good news call from her personally today was the icing on the cake for me & my partner. Thank you so much Claire for all your help throughout, we appreciate you hugely ??????

26th Jun 2026 (9 days ago)Slade Property Collective are a small, but very professional estate agency. We dealt with Oliver Jones throughout the sale of our parents house in Tettenhall. Oliver was so helpful, approachable and professional. He guided us throughout the process, even out of office hours, which I know you wouldn't get through any of the bigger estate agencies. The house sold within a few days. Obviously this is a stressful time for anyone whose selling/buying, and this was a very emotional time for us, as this had been our home since 1969. Oliver was genuinely empathetic and, eased us through without any major problems. Within 15 minutes of it going live I had my first appointment.. second viewing appointment for the same day within 40 minutes both for the same day! I literally can't believe how efficient they are! I would totally recommend them! From the media presentation to speaking to staff on the phone it's been absolutely faultless!!!
