11th Aug 2025 (8 mo. ago)I HAD ONE VIEWER ,THEY GAVE ME A TIME WHEN THE VIEWING WAS GOING TO TAKE PLACE WHICH WAS 2.15 ON A SATURDAY ME AND MY WIFE WENT TO A GARDEN CENTRE , WELL AT 3PM I PHONED WEBBS TO SEE IF THE VIEWING HAD FINISHED ,I WAS THEN TOLD OH NO WE DONT SHOW THESE PEOPLE AROUND UNTIL 3.30 PM I SAID I HAVE VOICEMAIL MESSAGE ON MY MOBILE THAT THE VIEWING WAS AT 2.15 ,I SAID WELL CAN YOU PHONE ME WHEN THE VIEWING AS FINISHED THEY SAID THEY WOULD.......WELL THEY DIDNT. THE FOLLOWING WEDNESDAY WEBBS PHONED, BUT WE WERE OUT THEY LEFT A MESSAGE FOR ME TO PHONE BACK, I DID BUT THE ASSISTANT WAS ON THE PHONE, I WAS TOLD SHE WOULD PHONE ME BACK, WELL SHE NEVER DID , WHEN I TERMINATED THE CONTRACT ,I AT TO GO TO THEIR CANNOCK OFFICE TO GET MY KEYS... ON THEIR BROCHURE TO ME WHEN I FIRST WENT WITH WEBBS ITS IN BOLD LETTERS NO SALE NO FEE , BUT THEY CHARGED ME £60I WENT WITH WEBBS ON THE 28th FEBRUARY2025 FINISHED WITH THEM END OF JUNE

9th Apr 2026 (30 days ago)If I could leave no star I really would ! I was on the market with them for 6 months and all I had was 1 viewing. You have to chase to get any updates about your house every time they do phone you is to consider dropping the price of your house even though we had already dropped 10k off after 2 weeks but still they kept wanting to get more . I wouldn’t waste your time and as soon as our contract come to the end and I said I wanted to leave I was chucked from pillow to post on what was happening and if we were in a 28 day cooling off period trying to get a straight answer from anyone in the branch was a nightmare in the end I had to email the branch after contacting them all day just to get to an answer which took till midday the next day communication in the branch is definitely not the strongest.

We received an extremely professional and friendly service from start to finish, with prompt updates, speedy telephone responses, thorough feedback and excellent advice. At no time did we feel pressured into making a decision or were left without reassurance. We were fully informed every step of the way, either by email, phone or in person. 4th May 2026 (5 days ago)Slade Property Collective were amazing from start to completion in the sale of my family members house based in Wolverhampton. From the moment I first met Oliver Jones at the valuation of the property, he was very knowledgeable of the local area, approachable and very helpful, answering any questions I had. I chose Slade Property Collective as they had recently sold another house very close by and I felt another local agent didn't have that personal touch that Slade had. Our house SSTC not long after being listed, however there was a slight hiccup in the sale, meaning it couldn't go through, but Oliver contacted other contacts straight away who were interested in the house. Oliver worked hard to get a sale for me, keeping me informed each step of the way, and within a week i agreed on the buyer after meeting him( Which Oliver also recommended) Oliver was very helpful with suggestions for good local solicitors, title deeds queries, EPC rating and even taking the meter readings for me to help me out as I am not local! The sale has now completed, no issues at all. Oliver kept me informed of what stage the buyer was at. I 100% recommend Slade Property Collective & Oliver Jones for your house sale.
