The lettings team Sian, Coral, Lisa, have looked after one our our properties for a number of Years and there service is second to none, nothing was too much trouble helping us get set up as landlords to dealing with tenants, taught us alot. Then we came to sell both our rented properties which the sales team assisted tremendously, Michelle, Summer, Tina, Daisy and Paul helped us with the process of both properties, thank you both Lettings and Sales team, your efforts and help were dreadfully appreciated.

Communication was excellent and they completely owned the process, liaising with the buyers, conveyancing and myself, keeping me informed at every step.<br><br>We got a fair price for the property and Chesters' own costs were very reasonable too.<br><br>I would highly recommend Chesters - A++++.

4th Aug 2026 (12 weeks ago)I can not praise the staff here highly enough. To start, handling the home of a recently deceased and much loved Mother must be tough. But, the careful balance of compassion, care, professionalism and then the business was navigated with incredible skill. The ease with which the house went on the market was amazing, the pictures, description, the overall presentation was so impressive I almost bought it myself.<br>More than that though, when all was concluded the aftercare and advice was so very much appreciated.<br>I will never be able to praise or thank the team enough.<br>A particular mention to Jack and Michaela, who had to endure more than they ever should.<br>Myself and Fudge (shshsh it’s a secret) thank you, from the pieces of my heart

I spoke to a lovely lady in the office who was fantastically accommodating and arranged a viewing within 20 minutes of my phone enquiry.<br><br>I was met at the property by Terri, who is apparently one of the owners. I loved the house, which was listed for between £350,000 - £375,000. I made an offer there and then of £361,000. She asked if I could increase anymore but couldn’t.<br><br>I then phoned my partner about it and wanted to arrange a second viewing for Saturday morning. I phoned Terri and refused to book a second viewing until after the weekend, “if other viewers offered more”. I said she was basing a lot of the conversation on an “if”, especially given our particularly desirable buying position. She reluctantly arranged the viewing.<br><br>When my partner arrived to view the property this morning she was there again and made a point of telling him that she was only doing the viewing as a favour to me and that unless we could raise our budget, we couldn’t afford it…OUR OFFER WAS IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ASKING PRICE!!<br><br>My partner was dressed in a hoodie and shorts as he works in a suit 6 days a week and felt particularly judged by this woman. She is vile. If she’s the owner, then how this agent is still in business is completely beyond me!!

They dropped prices over a few weekends and gave the impression there was a problem but, the fact we sold it privately within days of making it available elsewhere only goes to show their lack of scruples.- This agent doesn't have any reviews
