Jonathan has been particularly proactive with communication and has been very helpful in keeping us updated and supporting our property search. Lucy has been equally proactive with her communication, always friendly, helpful and a pleasure to deal with.<br>We’re still looking for the right property, but the service and communication we’ve received so far have been excellent. You can see why a couple of estate agents in particular dominate the market in Sutton Coldfield, with Paul Carr being one of them. Hopefully we’ll find the right one soon!

5th Aug 2026 (18 days ago)Dixons and Countrywide have ruined my experince as a long-term renter! Extremely unprofessional and dishonest experience. I left the property spotless with photographic evidence, yet they made unfair deductions under the guise of "professional cleaning." They even charged me for wall damage caused by their own maintenance staff.<br><br>Their pricing is highly inflated—a job quoted at £850 by their own staff but an independent contractor was quoted at £250, which shows how they overcharge both tenants and landlords. On top of that, they dragged out my deposit return for months, ultimately returning it only after making heavy, unjustified deductions. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this agency.
6th Jun 2026 (11 weeks ago)I have used Robert Oulsnam in the past, and would recommend them to anyone who wants a personal service in selling their home. I was very happy with the service provided by James who provided me with a honest valuation of my house and also thank Joel Kordan the sales negotiator for keeping me informed throughout the selling process. Sadly on this occasion I was not able to sell my house because of a negative survey on the property I was buying.
23rd Jul 2026 (4 weeks ago)I’m tired of the spam emails, I receive about 10 emails a day, it’s ridiculous! I’ve called several times to have my details taken off whatever system it’s on as I’ve never enquired or had any business dealings with them yet they continue to email me.
4th Aug 2026 (19 days ago)I want to start by saying a heartfelt thank you to the team at Dixons who have been truly magnificent! My main contact throughout was Emily but Amreen was also very actively involved and Amelia involved in the background as well.<br>They managed the sale of my late parents’ property which came with lots of emotional challenges for me but the team were extremely compassionate during this sad time but whilst maintaining their unfailing professionalism. They were constantly managing viewings through calls coming in or by them contacting their client lists. Never did they allow the property to sit quiet, or not viewed. Feedback was prompt, helpful and realistic, no false hopes were given and advice was provided based on their clear depth of knowledge in the estate agency field. I deeply regret not having come on board with Dixons sooner as the property was listed with Glovers estate agents in kings heath for 3 months prior and this was a huge waste of valuable time through poor communication and efforts on their part.<br>I 100% advise anyone to use Dixons Kings heath as you can rest assured, your property is in expert hands with a professional, caring, courteous and good communicative team. Thank you all so so much!!!

From start to finish, our chain was an absolute nightmare, with one issue after another, but Korron completely adopted us as her clients and fought tirelessly to get every sale over the line.<br><br>She went above and beyond every single day, keeping everyone informed, chasing things up, solving problems, and making what felt impossible happen. Her dedication, professionalism and determination are second to none.<br><br>Not only is she incredibly good at her job, but she’s also warm, friendly, supportive and genuinely cares. She made one of the most stressful experiences we’ve ever been through so much more manageable.<br><br>Korron is an absolute credit to Dixons. She’s like Superwoman and deserves a massive pay rise! She is an absolute legend, and we genuinely cannot thank her enough for everything she did. If you’re lucky enough to have Korron looking after your sale or purchase, you’re in the very best hands.

He was friendly, knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. Communication was excellent from start to finish, which can be a rarity, and I always felt kept informed without any pressure. My interactions with the wider team were also consistently positive, they were welcoming, professional, and helpful whenever I spoke with them. Their genuine approach and excellent customer service made a lasting impression, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Paul and the team at Dixons to anyone looking for an estate agent. Thank you all for your help!

Martin and Co presided over the collapse of our house sale after 7 months and in the week we were due to exchange after having spent a large amount of money and time. We’ve complained to the Ombudsman and are confident they will find in our favour. We would NOT recommend Martin and Co, and particularly so called ‘consultant’ Carl Hemming in any way.

25th Nov 2025 (8 mo. ago)Our tenancy at 7 St. Edwards Road was extremely stressful. From the beginning, several maintenance and safety issues were reported and took months to be resolved. We even had a break-in while we were in the property, and no adequate security measures were put in place afterward. Communication with the agency—particularly with the representative who handled our case, Sunny Sandhu—was often unhelpful and dismissive. Requests for a revised contract after two tenants moved out were ignored, leaving us in a very unclear situation. The agency tried to withhold our entire deposit and add unreasonable cleaning charges, despite us leaving the property spotless and having photo evidence. Thankfully, the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS) reviewed the case and returned our deposit after nearly three months. I would advise future tenants to keep detailed records, photos, and written communication if you decide to rent through this company. Transparency and professionalism were lacking in our experience.
