6th Oct 2026 (21 days ago)Everything was done professionally from Beverly doing the selling which I was kept informed at every viewing to Lucy who kept me informed at every stage after it was sold. I would definitely recommend Paul Carr estate agents to anyone selling there property.
Once again a big thank you to Beverly and Lucy for you help.
30th Sep 2026 (27 days ago)This is the first estate agent I have ever rented with that I would actively and enthusiastically recommend to other people. At every stage the team have been both professional and personable. Over the 3 years I rented my flat, I found myself pleasantly surprised many a time by handling situations with care for myself and my partner as well as their responsibilities in managing the flat on behalf of our late landlord.
I feel like it shouldn't be so rare to find such a genuinely excellent all-round agency like this. Regardless, I can promise you this unicorn is real!
Many thanks to Charlotte who handled our end of tenancy inspection expertly and with a couple shared laughs.

15th Jul 2026 (15 weeks ago)Really Impressed with the service we received from Green & Co from instruction to completion. Great photos showcased the house beautifully. Having a what’s app group set up was invaluable for communication, always got a response within a few hours. Especially impressed with Jacquie. Thanks again
19th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)We had a great experience with the team throughout our home purchase. Everyone was friendly, professional and helpful, and communication was always clear and efficient. A special thank you to Ethan and Sophie for their support throughout the process, we really appreciated his help in getting us to completion! Highly recommended.

14th Oct 2026 (13 days ago)Davidson Estates are handling both my sale and my purchase of property. I have been dealing with Melissa who has been incredibly helpful at all stages, is fast to respond, and is a good communicator. She has excellent local links and knowledge and has made the whole process go smoothly so far. I can absolutely recommend their services. Fran

5th Oct 2026 (22 days ago)Great girls at Kings Heath Dixons. They did us a solid on the price, sold our house in three months & helped negotiate our purchase as well. All of them gorgeous with great personalities & incredibly professional. Thank you Emily, Ahmreen & Amelia. Really appreciate you all.
3rd Sep 2026 (8 weeks ago)My experience with Northwood Birmingham has been disappointing and frustrating.

?Communication is consistently poor. Emails and phone calls go ignored, and getting a response requires chasing them repeatedly for weeks. It feels completely unprofessional, especially when you expect basic courtesy and responsiveness in return.

?More importantly, their property management standards are unacceptable.

After the tenants moved out, the property was left in a miserable condition. As a landlord paying for management, you expect your property to be looked after, but Northwood fell far short.

?I hope management takes this feedback seriously and makes necessary improvements to their customer service and inspection standards.- 9th Oct 2026 (18 days ago)What a fabulous team. From the beginning Daniella was outstanding. She really saw my house and its potential. Her valuation was over the other 2 estate agents which worried me……but it shouldn’t have. Her and her team secured me £20,000 above what the other agents said was my limit. They worked hard, amazing communication and just down right fabulous people. Korron then took me on the journey with the buyers terrible solicitors constantly fighting to move quicker and making sure everything was done correctly and held my hand DAILY….what a super star. If you go with anyone else it would be a mistake. Thanks ladies for the best service I could have asked for x
24th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)James and the team at Rice Chamberlains did a fantastic job selling our house and ensured that everything went smoothly up to completion. James kept us up-to-date and helped us through every stage of the process. Compared to other estate agents we have delt with in the past they provided an exceptional service.
25th Apr 2026 (6 mo. ago)Been using Urban City estates for the past 7 years. The company has been a pleasure to work with. Good communication and overall management. Payments are always made on time.

22nd Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)I cannot recommend this estate agency highly enough. BIG THANK YOU to Angela, Chris and Rob from Great Barr office ?????? From the very beginning, their service was outstanding. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process, with prompt responses to every query and regular updates at each stage of the sale. What impressed me most was their professionalism, efficiency, and dedication to keeping everything moving smoothly. From accepting the offer to exchange and completion, the whole process took just 8 weeks, which exceeded my expectations. The team was always approachable, knowledgeable, and willing to help, making what can often be a stressful experience feel straightforward and well-managed. Thank you to everyone involved for your hard work and support. I would not hesitate to recommend this agency to anyone looking to sell their property. Jolanta and Piotr Marek.

15th Oct 2026 (12 days ago)AP Morgan offer a professional and friendly service with good timely communication.
22nd Aug 2026 (9 weeks ago)Very poor customer service and inconsistent information shared by staff. I would not reccomend for tenants, they are very difficult to receive a response from. Ensure everything is in writing for your own records.

I asked repeatedly for information on my deposit return and was told it would be given back within 30 days of leaving the property. Only after this month had passed, Sunny attempted to blame me and one of the other girls leaving the property for not resolving this sooner, despite my repeated attempts. He then attempted to retain my full deposit and the deposit of the new tenant for the same room.

Absolutely disgusting customer service for something they failed to process in due time and maintain clear and consistent records with the outgoing tenants and the new tenants.- 24th Oct 2026 (3 days ago)From the moment we met Matt, we knew Acres was the estate agent to go with. Matt and the rest of the team were incredibly supportive, answering and resolving every single query I had promptly and with absolute professionalism. Throughout the sale, I had the pleasure of communicating with Matt, Ellie, Katie, and Lizzie. All of them were simply amazing and worked together to bring a complex sale to a successful completion.
Excellent team! Thank you
