His advice was always clear and helpful, which made everything much less stressful. Zaria was also fantastic - she kept things moving smoothly and made sure I was regularly updated with progress from both solicitors, which I really appreciated. Both Dave and Zaria were very responsive and easy to deal with, and they made the whole process feel straightforward and manageable. I’d highly recommend them!

Matthew Port is so helpful and responds really quickly to any query, he's so easy to deal with. I would highly recommend Martin & Co My purchase has now completed and I would like to add that Louise has the sort of customer service skills that you just can’t train -she’s naturally warm and friendly - I always come off the phone from her smiling-she’s an asset to the business.

From start to finish, he provided phenomenal service and made the entire process smooth and stress-free.<br><br>What really stood out was his willingness to go above and beyond to support me, even while I was in another country. Communication was always prompt, clear, and professional, and Ricky kept me informed every step of the way. No question was too much trouble, and he consistently demonstrated excellent knowledge, patience, and dedication.<br><br>Buying or selling property can be challenging at the best of times, but Ricky made the experience incredibly straightforward despite the distance involved. Their marketing and photographs were excellent, they achieved the price we wanted and kept us up to date throughout the entire process. Very pleased indeed and thoroughly recommend Jake and his Team.

The whole process was smooth, and the team dealt with all our requests brilliantly, even at very short notice. They were always flexible and helpful, giving us access to the property whenever needed so we could arrange quotes for plastering and electrical work. Thanks to their support, everything went through much faster than we expected. I also rented through Oakton Estates and always found them alert, responsive and helpful whenever any issues came up. They were also very flexible when we were moving into our new property, which meant we didn’t end up paying more rent than necessary. Highly recommend.

Although our tenant pays the rent on time every month, this company delivers the rent to us with a significant delay. This month, it's been over 15 days and they still haven't sent the rent. Despite repeatedly trying to contact them via email, I receive no response. Furthermore, they are not properly managing processes for us (such as municipal taxes and electricity bills), and because we are unaware of these bills, they have put us in a position where we may face legal action.

Communication was always clear and prompt and he was very responsive when I had any questions or needed advice. What really stood out is how much Tim helped things moving by regularly chasing solicitors and following up on outstanding actions, which really made a difference in making the sale progressing smoothly.
