I have recommended Wentworth and Rose to many of my friends and family and would not go to anyone else to sell a property. We really felt we were in good competent hands and got everything we asked for and more.

From arranging the viewing to helping me through every stage of the process, he has always been friendly and professional, not to mention incredibly helpful too.<br><br>Even though my purchase hasn't completed yet, Charlie has kept me updated every step of the way, always responds to my questions and makes sure I'm informed about what's happening. Buying a property for the first time can be stressful, but his communication and support have made the process much smoother.<br><br>I really appreciate all the time and effort Charlie has put in so far and would highly recommend Charlie to anyone looking to buy a property. The team were very supportive and were happy to answer any questions. They marketed the property well, kept us informed of the sale progress and communicated with the other Estate Agents in the chain. We would highly recommend them.

3rd Jul 2026 (7 weeks ago)Englands Estate Agents are a local independent Estate Agency, based in Harborne, Birmingham. They were really helpful when I purchased the flat back in 2018. I had no hesitation in going back to them and instructing them with the sale some years later. Excellent service, professional advice and as a local independent agent they were able to manage the sale effectively and efficiently. Highly recommended if you are looking to buy or sell in Harborne/Edgbaston.
22nd May 2026 (13 weeks ago)I had to keep contacting them to find out what was going on. Didn’t always respond to emails and phone calls. Had viewings but they didn’t seem to follow through with due diligence. Poor customer service. Changed agents after 6 months with them and sold within 2 weeks.

The team is incredibly friendly, super approachable, and they genuinely take the stress out of being a landlord. Every time I've needed to get in touch, they've been quick to reply and always sort out tenant or maintenance issues with a smile. It makes a huge difference dealing with a team that is so warm, reliable, and professional. Highly recommend them to any property owner
