From the very first conversation, Angel Estate agent was different. They took the time to genuinely listen to our needs, fully understood our business requirements, and were very clear about what was realistic within our budget. Rather than pushing unsuitable options, they gave us honest guidance, clear direction on locations, and practical advice that actually made sense for our business growth. What really stood out was their commitment and persistence. They stayed with us throughout the process, kept communication clear and consistent, and worked hard to find a property that truly matched what we were looking for tomorrow not just something to close a deal. In the end, they successfully secured the perfect commercial property for our business, within budget and in the right location. The whole experience felt professional, supportive, and stress-reducing during what can otherwise be a very challenging process. 20th Jun 2026 (15 days ago)Very disappointing experience with Spectra Property and Services.<br><br>I had booked a house viewing for Saturday at 10:00 AM, which was later rescheduled to 11:00 AM after a phone call. The confirmation email clearly stated that the viewing slot was from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM.<br><br>When we arrived at 11:22 AM, there was still someone sitting in a car outside the property. However, instead of conducting the viewing, we were told in a rude and unprofessional manner that we would need to rebook because we were “late.” This was despite arriving within the viewing window stated in the confirmation email.<br><br>The attitude and lack of customer service were extremely disappointing. The whole experience felt unprofessional and disrespectful of our time.<br><br>I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

Viewings were arranged quickly and the staff explained everything clearly, no jargon or hidden fees. The team are polite on the phone and respond to emails fast, which makes renting less stressful. Properties are presented well and match the descriptions online. Maintenance requests got sorted without chasing them too much. Fees are fair for the area and paperwork was simple. If you want a letting agent that’s professional, doesn’t mess you around, and actually picks up the phone, Amber Court is a solid choice. Good experience overall.
24th Jun 2021 (5 years ago)Raman and his team are very quick and efficient and great sub contractors as well in and out they get the job as soon as possible as well never let you down As per my review above, Raman and Jade went above and beyond to fix an issue for me and my family even Raman called and spoke to us on a weekend to update us on what’s happening and how soon it will be resolved, top top people to deal with and all round great service

We dealt with other estate agents in our buying process who left a lot to be desired to say the least and showed the vast gulf in class between local everyday operators and Eliza. Will be recommending her to anyone that asks!
2nd Jul 2025 (1 year ago)We received fantastic service from Rice Chamberlain. Our property was listed late February 2025 and we completed by the end of June. Sarah was so approachable and helpful. She was amazing in co-ordinating and managing the chain of solicitors and ensuring the communication never broke down between the parties . We really appreciated her advice and judgement. We couldn't have asked for anything more from Sarah and Rice Chamberlain. We feel like we had exceptional service and value for money. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for an estate agent that will work in your best interests. Would definitely use again if the need arises.
