17th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)What a different way to sell a home, with supportive, gentle and trustworthy people. We’d been mulling over the idea of relocating out of London for years and even discussed putting our home on the market with Unique previously. What we like is that there is no big sales pitch, no pressure to sell, just listening and responding. But more importantly, keeping both our buyers and us calm, communicative and friendly throughout the sale, so it felt as smooth as it could possibly be. We’re not planning to do move again any time soon, but we’d definitely use Unique if we were.

5th Dec 2025 (15 weeks ago)First class service from Michael and his team at Simmons and Sons. From the initial probate valuation of my Mum's house, through to completion on the sale, I received a kind, friendly and highly efficient service. The sales brochure was high quality, the property sold quickly and Michael and his team kept me informed every step of the way. They liaised with the solicitors regularly to ensure that everything progressed as smoothly as possible. All done for a competitive fee. I would highly recommend.

26th Sep 2025 (25 weeks ago)You definitely get what you pay for, and the help and support I received from Matt, Nicola and the team in Thame was excellent. I chose them because of the help I had received in the previous year or so, answering emails, providing a valuation (for free) - and they did not let me down. They were the only shining light in a difficult and horrible process. Selling a house is a really stressful process; doing it because the owner has dementia and cannot live alone is infinitely more stressful and difficult. The Fisher German team did whatever they could to make it bearable. Thank you Matt, Nicola and the rest of the team

Sue the sales agent was absolutely amazing and found be my dream home. Sadly Sue left the company before my completion, however Max took over and he was superb, always available, responded immediately to any queries I raised, and was very courteous and polite, and for that reason I am happy to give Wilkinson 5 stars

Selling a property can be stressful, but Peter made the entire process smooth, straightforward, and even enjoyable. He was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly throughout. Nothing was ever too much trouble — he consistently went above and beyond at every stage. Whether it was keeping me updated, answering questions quickly, or handling unexpected challenges with total confidence, he exceeded every expectation I had. What really stood out was his dedication and work ethic. He didn’t just do his job — he truly cared about getting the best possible outcome for me. I can genuinely say he is light years ahead of any other estate agent I’ve ever dealt with. If you’re looking for someone reliable, proactive, and exceptional at what they do, Peter is the one. I’m so grateful for everything he did and wouldn’t hesitate to use him again or recommend him to anyone.

The lack of communication from this company is unbelievably furthermore when there is communication is with demands and ultimatums. Never again!- 15th Nov 2025 (18 weeks ago)I was sold Westminster Park in Liverpool (Sourced Development Group) through Alesco, working with ERE Property and Will Kettel. Will Kettel presented the investment as secure, claiming the developer had an impeccable and traceable record. Alesco endorsed this, selling me confidence and security. In reality, Sourced Development Group has a traceable record of failings — they cannot even start projects, let alone finish them. Alesco has proven incapable of delivering any real update. They have no communication with the developer, and ERE Property is exactly the same. Investors are left in the dark, receiving vague answers or silence, with no verifiable information on the project’s progress. This is the closest one can be to being legally scammed. I committed funds in good faith, but what I received was misrepresentation, lack of transparency, and no accountability from either Alesco or ERE Property.

Always available, always charming, always diligent in following up the slightest lead. He has already achieved a sale with one and I am sure will soon do so with the second.Very happy to have been introduced to him.

The team (Mark and Jonathan) there are approachable, knowledgeable and always contactable. The Wilson Heal team did not add any stress or complications to the process and were amenable to my buyers requirements. They were very good at communicating with all parties throughout the process and no doubt were a big part of the reason that it all went smoothly from start to finish. I would highly recommend Wilson Heal to anyone looking to sell their property, a great business.

I found the Hunters team to be very knowledgeable, professional, patient and efficient. I cannot fault them as I received so much support; they dealt with issues promptly and kept me informed of progress, giving me confidence. Rachel and Phil also contributed hugely. Jon’s photos were very professional and the sales brochure was comprehensive in content. I recommend them highly.

We had also researched many other agents and were impressed that Homesale were the only company offering a bespoke service. They were also the most competitively priced. From the first meeting we were assured we had made the correct decision in choosing Homesale. The sales material the team created showed our property in the best possible light, achieving the sale of our home for the asking price within a week.
