24th Apr 2026 (14 days ago)I was working 3rd party with a lady that has purchased a property from Gower Dawes estate agent in chadwell-st-Mary. I cannot praise Jo enough, she went above and beyond, and I mean above and beyond. I would not go anywhere else to sell or purchase a property. We had a few problems along the way, but Jo was onto them non stop, along with the solicitors. I would like to thank you for being so persistent, yet reassuring all the way and helping me guide my sister-in-law through the whole process. The best people to deal with, whilst getting the reassurance you need at a time of stress and worry.

15th Mar 2026 (8 weeks ago)Here is a brief outline of the goings one which happened while the property was still under my ownership. 1 The keys to the property were given out on an adhoc basis to various trades employed by the potential new owners. 2 Potential new owners demolished part of the property 3 Potential new owners started decorating the property 4 Potential new owners gained access to the property without my approval on various occasions All in all a pretty pi## poor performance all round, when I emailed my complaint, never heard a word back , I strongly suspect the email never made it to the bosses in box or he/she didn't give a toss

Jasmine was really personable, answered all my questions (including following up via e-mail as needed), and supported me throughout the process. I am a first time buyer so didn’t know anything about the necessary steps so Jasmine and her colleague (Sandip) helped guide and prepare me throughout. I definitely recommend using Hawks and Jasmine.

ParaBar clearly have in-depth knowledge of the local market, and this led to our house selling quickly and for more than other agents had indicated. Wayne in particular was excellent - he was always friendly and helpful, and went above and beyond. It was our first time selling and he carefully guided us through the process, even doing all he could to help us secure our onward purchase. Wayne was easy to contact when needed, but also gave us regular updates and advice throughout. Overall an excellent experience, and a much better one that we had anticipated. We'd easily recommend Wayne and ParaBar to anyone looking to buy or sell in Billericay.

A special mention to Paul, Lloyd and Jack in particular as we had the most dealings with these lovely agents. The whole team at this branch have worked above and beyond for us during this process and made it feel stress free. Thank you so much !
