15th Mar 2026 (3 days ago)Here is a brief outline of the goings one which happened while the property was still under my ownership. 1 The keys to the property were given out on an adhoc basis to various trades employed by the potential new owners. 2 Potential new owners demolished part of the property 3 Potential new owners started decorating the property 4 Potential new owners gained access to the property without my approval on various occasions All in all a pretty pi## poor performance all round, when I emailed my complaint, never heard a word back , I strongly suspect the email never made it to the bosses in box or he/she didn't give a toss
10th Mar 2026 (8 days ago)Average experience. Lack of transparency and urgency in completing the sale procedure. It took 6 months from acceptance of offer to complete the deal. Lack of continuity from one person in dealing with customer. Sandeep and Jas were always helpful. Nakhita who was dealing with our case in last few months was very unprofessional and unapproachable, rude , abrupt and at times very disrespectful. Not happy with Nakhita’s behaviour at all. Sandeep was a big help indeed.
17th Mar 2026 (1 day ago)Their communication was very poor throughout. Even on the day of completion, after they had handed the keys to the buyer, we had no call letting us know. Finally had to call in and was told the sale was complete. Ben was the prime agent throughout. Surprised by the other glowing reviews, this was certainly not our experience.

Jay, who we dealt with, was great. So professional, efficient, knowledgeable and kept in touch with us throughout the whole process. He was constantly in touch with our solicitor and our buyers solicitor to chase and then informed us of progress. David, the boss was also very instrumental in our sale. If you are looking for an estate agent to sell your house in Billericay I can honestly say look no further then Property Specialists. We also used Paul Robinson to act for us as they were recommended by Prooerty Specialists. Again what a great recommendation. Thank you Jay and David. 3rd Mar 2026 (15 days ago)S. J. Warren is the most professional, communicative and hardworking estate agents we've ever dealt with and is, without doubt, one we shall continue to highly recommend. The sale of our house went through exceptionally fast and we thank them for making the whole process exciting and stress-free. From what we understand from others who are going through a nightmare/stressful process with other estate agents, our experience with SJ Warren was totally the opposite. In fact, we kind of miss the almost daily interaction with Lorraine, Lucy and Simon who made it so bearable. Thank you.
