I would like to give my thanks to Emily.<br><br>I had a difficult experience when I was locked into my apartment on a particularly hot day, called the emergency line and then had to call a locksmith. No one answered the emergency line after sending a text and leaving voicemails. They didn’t even believe the lock had an issue until their locksmith came. I was left with a bill of £180 and was promised my the agent that I would be refunded. This never happened. Worst experience ever.
31st Jul 2026 (23 days ago)From our very first interaction with Kane from Lettings at William H Brown in North Walsham, the level of service we received was outstanding. Moving home can be incredibly stressful at the best of times, but we were under immense pressure to find somewhere quickly due to the unsafe levels of mould in our previous property, which we're now in the process of taking up with our soon-to-be former landlord. Kane immediately understood our situation and genuinely seemed to care about helping us.<br><br>As we weren't able to attend the initial viewing, Kane promptly sent us a video tour of the property that had already been prepared. This made a huge difference, allowing us to assess whether it was suitable without delay and giving us the confidence to move forward when time was against us.<br><br>Throughout the entire process, Kane was exceptionally polite, professional, knowledgeable and approachable. Every question we had was answered quickly, clearly and honestly. If we had any concerns he always replied promptly and kept us informed, which made what could have been a very stressful experience so much easier.<br><br>One moment that really stood out was just before we moved in. We had ordered heating oil and had been told by the supplier to expect delivery in around 10 days, which actually suited us perfectly as we expected to have collected the keys and be properly moved in by then. Instead, the delivery was unexpectedly brought forward to the very next day, before we'd even been able to collect the keys. This meant the oil tank was still locked and we didn't have the key to allow the driver access.<br><br>I contacted Kane straight away, but it was already around 5.40pm. As an HGV driver I was away with work, my wife doesn't drive and at that stage we neither had the keys to the property nor the landlord's contact details. There was simply nothing we could do ourselves and we genuinely thought the delivery would have to be cancelled.<br><br>Within minutes, however, Kane replied to say he'd already spoken to our landlord, who was on her way that evening to unlock the oil tank so it would be ready for the delivery the following morning. Considering the time of day, we were genuinely amazed. It was a perfect example of Kane's dedication, professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble and his outstanding communication throughout the entire process made what could have been an incredibly stressful move so much easier.<br><br>When we later viewed the property in person it was obvious how well he knew both the property and the process. There wasn't a question he couldn't answer. We never felt rushed or pressured. Instead, we felt listened to, supported and valued throughout.<br><br>Having experienced extremely poor communication and customer service from other local estate agents, particularly Abbotts and Sowerbys, Kane's professionalism was a breath of fresh air. His communication was excellent from start to finish. He always did exactly what he said he would do and we never once felt like we were chasing for updates.<br><br>It's also worth mentioning Kane's colleague Tom, who was equally helpful whenever Kane was unavailable or busy. Tom was polite, professional and always willing to help over the phone, making sure our questions were dealt with rather than simply leaving us waiting. It was reassuring to know that the whole lettings team was approachable and supportive throughout the process.<br><br>Kane is a real credit to William H Brown's North Walsham lettings team. His friendly manner, professionalism, knowledge, efficiency and genuine willingness to help made a difficult move so much easier. We honestly couldn't have asked for a better person to guide us through the process. If you're looking for a rental property in the North Walsham area, we couldn't recommend Kane highly enough. Thank you again for everything.

Infact there before us!!<br>No pressure.<br>First property he showed us round, we felt 100% confident with him and his knowledge. He was attentive with our requirements and took on board our conversations. Thanks to Tyler he introduced us to our dream Bungalow. We have signed Contracts. The whole process took less than four months. Communication was very good and we had a few laughs along the way. He treated us like friends rather than would be buyers. Such a likable young man!!<br>We liked Tyler so much that once we put our house on the Market [with Ark, obviously!We feel comfortable he will treat possible buyers with the same expertise he did with us. 20th Aug 2026 (3 days ago)Again if it wasn't for Gary I don't think our house sale would have happened.<br>When we decided to sell there was only one person that we trusted to do the job.<br>Professional in his appearance and in his attitude he arranged and conducted viewings with enthusiasm. He communicated constantly with ourselves and our buyers to make sure all parties were happy and kept informed of any situation. He was always there when you needed him!<br>No amount of questions or queries were too much trouble even when he was supposed to be on holiday!<br>Then when it came to our house purchase he was on hand again to help. Contacting the other agents and solicitors to make sure all went smoothly.<br>He certainly earns our respect.<br>There are many estate agents out there but I doubt you would find one better.<br>If you want total confidence he is your man.
