Every purchase I've made through them has gone smoothly, with clear communication at every stage and none of the usual stress that can come with property transactions.<br><br>On the management side, they've been just as reliable. They're responsive whenever I need them, proactive about maintenance and tenant issues, and I trust them to handle things properly without me having to chase for updates. The team was professional, responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Their knowledge of the local market was outstanding, and they took the time to understand my needs and deliver exactly what I was looking for. Communication was clear and consistent, making everything feel smooth and stress-free. Their attention to detail and dedication to customer satisfaction really set them apart. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient letting or estate agent. A fantastic five-star experience!
5th May 2026 (9 weeks ago)Avoid all house share viewings, the prices that they as a company post are absolutely diabolical in comparison to not only the market but for what they offer. Out of all 3 viewings I did, they were awful. 6 people to a house, all houses had a ran down kitchen, not up to date it’s an absolute mess. the floors were broken in all the rooms with a shoddy carpet just pulled over it? The walls were cracked the toilets i viewed literally had pee over the floor. It’s like no one even went out to clean it prior or even quality checked the house. The fact that this if it was 300 PM I would be like you know what? You get what you pay for. but how are you asking 6/700 Per month when there’s 500/600 PM market houses that are fully furnished with less people and more space….?? If your seeing this and your in dire need of a house share like I was and in a rush for time PLEASE do not turn to these guys for a solution they will over charge you for your stay there is WAY more better places out there and cheaper. There’s a reason why they have so many rooms available it’s because so many people are leaving and the quality and cleanliness is a JOKE. Even the the furniture that “ came with the room” that you can’t “ get rid of “ was broken..? Like what? This isn’t a reflection on the agents as individuals but as a company, it’s greedy and your properties are dehumanising. Find a private landlord on spare room.

The viewing and offer process was good with some advice on how best to present the property for prospective buyers. While our whole move was not straight forward, Jo kept us well informed at all stages, and was able to help us stay on course when we ran into issues. Over all - a good experience, and professional engagement. Thanks Jo, Richard and team for making our move happen for us!

3rd Jun 2026 (5 weeks ago)The staff are very good and always attend your calls immediately. Their customer service is superb. They have charged me a great deal.more than other agents who were local. I paid this on the presumption that they would get me a better price which they have not done. I explained to them that I needed a certain price in order to make up the shortfall for the onward purchase, which fell on deaf ears. To be honest, I would not use them again.

13th Feb 2026 (21 weeks ago)Initially Newton Fallowell appeared keen on the premises. Property on the market for five months, no viewing, no information from the agents. Incentive offered to the sales person who sells the property offered. Contact with agents who wanted to drop the price by £30k in January. None of the houses of similar value who have lowered their prices have yet to be sold. They only want to advertise on right move etc.
