Sold our property within a couple of months but had the most demanding cash buyer, who wanted everything done at her pace. Andrew and the team handled everything quickly and professionally, even though we were getting extremely frustrated with her demands. Sale completed and a big thank you to all. Would definitely recommend ??????

Always efficient and made sure they stuck to the times suitable for me.<br>They'd often send through emails of suggested houses I might like.<br>Darryl was always great with communication and professional and friendly when he showed me around the properties.<br>Highly recommend. 17th Aug 2026 (6 days ago)Very disappointing experience with Bairstow Eves Lincoln.<br><br>Bairstow Eves were responsible for letting the property to us, but throughout the process we were led to believe they were our point of contact. It was only when we reached the stage of signing the tenancy agreement that we were told the ongoing management of the property would actually be handled by Countrywide Lettings based in Nottingham.<br><br>We were disappointed that this wasn't made clear to us earlier in the process. Had we known from the outset that another agency would be responsible for managing the property, it would have been an important factor in our decision about renting the property.<br><br>Unfortunately, this became particularly significant when we experienced problems during the tenancy. When a leak developed and subsequently caused significant damp and mould, we had to deal with Countrywide Lettings and ultimately involve Environmental Health after weeks of unsuccessful attempts to have the issue addressed.<br><br>While Bairstow Eves may not have been responsible for managing the property after the tenancy began, we felt that the lack of transparency about who would actually be managing the property was disappointing.<br><br>Overall, our experience with the letting process was not what we expected, and we would be unlikely to use Bairstow Eves Lincoln again.

They were always fast to respond, proactive, polite and professional, which made such a difference during what could otherwise have been a very stressful process.<br><br>A special thank you to Angela Powell, who was incredibly kind, supportive and helpful throughout. We faced several delays and external issues along the way, but Angela always handled everything with professionalism, patience and understanding, making the whole process much easier for us.<br><br>We really appreciate all the help and communication we received and would happily recommend the agency to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. ?????

Poppy and Rachel were great at booking in all the viewings and giving me prompt feedback afterwards. Sam gave me some great advice when I had a difficult decision to make and I felt he was really working for my best interests. Once I’d accepted an offer, Amy worked so hard chasing down the chain keeping things moving and keeping me updated on the progress. I am very happy I chose them to sell my house for me.

11th Aug 2026 (12 days ago)Updating our review as we’ve used Watsons again for both the sale of our old house and the purchase of our new one, and honestly, these guys are amazing!<br><br>Sarah and Laura in the sales team flooded us with viewings and worked hard to get our house sold.<br><br>Lucy, our sales progressor, was also fantastic. She kept us updated throughout, gave us really helpful advice and somehow managed to keep us calm when our buyer’s solicitor was uncooperative.<br><br>Couldn’t recommend Watsons enough and would definitely use them again!<br><br>House purchase back in 2017:<br>Above and beyond expectations.<br>Everyone knows house buying is never a smooth process and we had our hiccups but Sheree was always on hand to settle our nerves or give a few nudges to the parties involved! It’s good to see a small business smashing the market place.

Every member of staff I dealt with — Ricky-Lee, Hayley, Jade, Paul, Zoe, Lottie and Lewis — were absolutely spot on.<br><br>As a seller, they made the whole process really easy. Any questions I had were answered promptly, I was kept regularly updated on progress, and they even made courtesy calls to make sure I was happy with how everything was going.<br><br>Great team and I’d have no hesitation recommending them.
