They provide periodic inspection reports with detailed photos, so any issues in the property are picked up early. Highly recommended.

He actually takes the time to call, update us, and keep us in the loop — even with small things like leaving a quick voicemail. It might seem minor, but it means a lot. We’ve dealt with so many estate agents and most of them just disappear off the radar. Jhonny has been the ONLY one who has stayed consistent, loyal, and genuinely helpful! 9th May 2026 (8 weeks ago)As executors for our late Aunt we chose to use Dales and Peaks to sell our Aunt’s holiday cottage. From the initial and occasional contact with Hannah and the more regular contact with Jayden and other members of staff, Dales and Peaks we’re there to ensure a smooth sale. We live over an hour away from the property being sold so Dales and Peaks were happy to have a set of keys to conduct viewings and any other visits necessary as part of the sales process. We would definitely recommend Dales and Peaks and we thank them for their excellent service.

It was a difficult situation and Jodie, Alex and the team handled it with grace which me and my family appreciated immensely. I would 100% recommend them.
