Both Clare and Katie were very helpful during the whole rental process, answering all my questions and going the extra mile to provide an excellent service. I’d recommend Lime Living highly to anyone who may require their services.

18th Aug 2026 (6 days ago)Had my property managed by them . Not happy with the way they handled when it came to an issue with tenant . The person in charge have not returned any of my calls dispite many messages left . Nobody took any responsibility on misshandeling and mistakes that was made .<br>I am still waiting for the last tenant to remove the rubbish they left in garden which will cost me a good couple of hunderd and the deposit has been returned without solving this issue.The property was left dirty also . It looks like nobody did their job and no last inspection was done .<br>I was told it was let to a letting company and their effort to contact them has failed .<br>All that management fees are to avoid this kind of problems or so I thought.

She was always there to answer my questions and explain every detail clearly, even helping me with information regarding utility bills after the purchase. The number of emails, the excellent communication, the constant flow of information, and the precision with which she handled everything were truly impressive and deserve recognition.<br><br>I would also like to mention that I was probably not the easiest client, as I had previous experiences with other agencies that made me more cautious and meant that I needed additional explanations and reassurance. Despite this, Danielle was incredibly patient and took the time to make sure I fully understood every stage of the process. I have never experienced this level of care and attention from any other agency.<br><br>What impressed me even more was that Danielle’s support did not end once the purchase was completed. 23rd Apr 2026 (18 weeks ago)We actually sold and bought a property through Longstaffs. The whole experience was excellent nothing was too much trouble. Calls were answered quickly and they got back to us if the person was unavailable at that moment. I think we had contact with most of the staff but Tracey was actually dealing with our sale and purchase and kept us informed and updated on all aspects. We can’t thank them enough for everything they did and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

They were polite, friendly, big smiles and all very good at their jobs. I have sold 30 houses in the past and I have to say so far we are highly impressed with the staff and the Estate Agent. Fees are good, everything is made to make the experience a sheer pleasure for you. Today we have looked at our advert on Rightmove and have to say the photos and advert are just 'PERFECT' We would highly recommend William H Brown as a top Estate agent to go with if you want to sell your property. Well done to the staff and William H Brown and a big thankyou.
