We were kept updated throughout the conveyancing process and they have both been on hand to help us when needed. 1st Sep 2025 (11 mo. ago)We feel that the landlord service offered by Andrew Granger is excellent, they quickly arranged a new tenant for the property. We were looked after very well by Kiran Munder who replied quickly to all queries and arranged for the maintenance of the property to be done efficiently before the new tenant moved in.

Experienced zero support even when I tried to discuss strategy to ensure better interest in my property. I feel I wasted 16 weeks with little communication or care. Glad to be moving on with another local agent who has already proved themselves to be much more engaged with the seller than I experienced with Hunters in Horncastle.

20th Aug 2026 (4 days ago)The agents here are clearly game players and out for themselves I offered the full asking price which was agreed. The agent Kyle Wells also said he cancelled all seven viewings, even took it off the market. Just for him to call me a day later and say “ the seller has decided to go with someone who’s in a better position than you”. Errrm I’m a first time buyer I’m not in any chain, my position doesn’t get any better than that. So basically he was lying from the get go he didn’t cancel the viewings got a higher offer and then tried to make out I wasn’t in a good position using reverse psychology against me to cover up your scheme very low. I would waste my time with these again.

17th Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)Georgia at Belper office was absolutely brilliant. She was the only professional in our house chain that pushed to get information and get the deal over the line. One niggle is that when staff answer the phone they don’t give their name and which office they are at. It’s a bit unprofessional and you never know who you are talking to.

From agreeing for Nest Egg to sell the house on our behalf, their attention to detail was brilliant. They agreed to take a key and meet people who wanted to view the house.plus Many phone calls keeping us up to date with progress on the prospective purchases. Within 1 month the house was sold.<br><br>We would recommend Nest Egg to anyone who are thinking of selling their home
