22nd Jun 2026 (16 days ago)The whole process was seamless with Belvoir, very efficient staff, friendly and a pleasure to get to know.<br>As this was my 1st time I needed my hand holding a bit, I was never made to feel like a nuisance, all my questions were asked in a timely manner and it really helped me with my stress levels.<br>Top notch service, I cant praise them enough, I feel like I have a great team to guide me through this process and to continue with.<br>Thank you.

19th Jun 2026 (19 days ago)Michal was my contact at Cunninghams and me being a first time landlord, he made it very clear how the whole process works, what I need to be aware of with the new legislations, helped me understand things that I wasn't so clear on with being a new potential landlord and overall represented Cunninghams very well. He has great balance of being professional yet personable. Very knowledgeable, polite and overall I feel he portrayed trust which is very important to any landlord of course. I would highly recommend Michal and Cunninghams to anyone looking to rent out their property

5th May 2026 (9 weeks ago)every time i’ve had dealings with chelton brown, the people have been absolutely lovely but the timing that this company (or perhaps just this office) works on is ridiculous. myself and my partner have attempted to get in contact to try and rent a property with them twice now, and have reached out to them within hours of the property being listed. both times i have had no response from them for days and after reaching out to them to follow up i’ve been told it’s either already let or they are not accepting anymore bookings to view the property. of course, i could understand this if i initially contacted them after a property had been on the market a while but for me to reach out within HOURS of the listing, receive nothing back from them and then be told “we’re sorry we’re not accepting anybody else at the moment” i find it quite frankly ridiculous. again the staff have all been perfectly pleasant when i have spoken to them but its incredibly disheartening to be on it as soon as a listing appears only to not have the opportunity to decide if we even want it or not, simply due to the office neglecting to respond. i understand they’re busy but it’s so frustrating to be rejected unreasonably.

19th Jun 2025 (1 year ago)Paul was absolutely fantastic from the minute we met at the valuing of our property right through to getting the keys to our new. Paul went above and beyond throughout and was just so more than an estate agent, always on hand for advice guidance and sometimes even reassurance. Our sale was difficult and the conveyancing process took its toll but Paul kept us on track informed and supported throughout. They do things differently at EweMove and trust me when I say you pay for what you get and some. I would not hesitate to recommend them and you will not be disappointed. Thanks again Paul
