21st Apr 2026 (18 weeks ago)I have had multiple experience with the staff here and can honestly say that I would not go anywhere else. The staff are very professional, provide a great service and are very helpful and polite. Having both purchased and sold with whitegates and experienced superb service each time I though it was only fair that I shout about it so that others will know how good they really are. I only ever recommend them (and yes I have tried others in the past, my worst experience being with a company that has an X in there name). Whitegates however have and are always spot on, you wont go wrong using them. Thank you to everyone there for the years of amazing service.

Diane was so easily contactable and sold our house so fast!!! We had a viewing I think it was less than 24hr advertised. Can't thank you enough for everything we highly recommend this estate agents, professional, honest, always available to answer our questions. No sales pitch, no sugar-coating - just honest advice. 21st May 2026 (14 weeks ago)I couldn’t fault either of the agents that have helped me, Danni was amazing from the get go, at the viewing she made me feel at ease instantly, she listened to my needs and has helped me every step of the way, I couldn’t fault her and I feel it wouldn’t of gone so smoothly if it wasn’t for her, when Danni was unavailable Jess help me who in turn was amazing too, I really appreciate everything that has been done for me and my daughter, I would highly recommend anyone who is looking for a property to speak to Danni, thank you guys you have been fantastic.
6th Aug 2026 (18 days ago)I'd recommend avoiding this company at all costs. My experience was nothing short of appalling. They showed complete disregard for their tenants and seemed far more interested in protecting their own profits than providing safe, habitable homes.<br><br>We were left living with black mould issues that should never have been ignored. Despite repeatedly raising concerns, they were dismissed or left unresolved.<br><br>Communication was poor, maintenance requests were ignored, and any genuine concerns were treated as an inconvenience.<br><br>When it came time to move out, it felt like they were actively looking for excuses to keep as much of our deposit as possible, rather than treating us fairly.<br><br>It became clear throughout my tenancy that tenants come second. They seem far more interested in protecting landlords and maximising their own profits than ensuring tenants have safe, well-maintained homes.<br><br>If you value your health, your money, and your peace of mind, rent somewhere else. Based on my experience, this is one of the worst letting companies I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with, and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

I contacted Hornsby Estate Agents regarding viewing a property but unfortunately it was sold STC. Renata has since contacted me regarding properties<br>within my budget and meeting my requirements. The service has been invaluable and my sincere thanks to all staff at Hornsbys Scunthorpe.

He was always friendly, quick to reply, and took the time to explain everything so we knew exactly what was going on. He worked really hard to get us in the best position to buy our first home, and we're so grateful for all his help!
18th Jul 2024 (2 years ago)Wanted details on the Southwell Prebend house after a while I received it requested further information and a guidance on price and a viewing no reply a very well known Southwell resident who I visit discussed it with me ,I wasn't saying I was going to buy it but it would have helped if I was at the very least been given further information . Any how I gave up!! As far as I'm aware unless an agreement has been made which hasn't it should be open for a viewing.
1st Nov 2025 (9 mo. ago)Well it all started good. Then when you try to phone, your call constantly goes to voicemail. They say they return all calls, well this was not the case. At the end of the 16 week contract we split with Woodward. We thought going for a small local company would be a good idea, this was unfortunately a bad idea. We did not sell, when was got the keys returned, rather than talk to us, to have any feedback, literally they posted the keys through the letterbox and ran off. Bad experience in general. I would not recommend.

14th Aug 2026 (10 days ago)I'd recommend Open House to any landlord in Leicester. From the first valuation it was clear [Rahul] knew the local rental market — the rent he suggested was realistic and we achieved it. The listing went up quickly with good photos, viewings were all accompanied so I didn't have to be there, and I got feedback after each one rather than having to chase. Referencing and the tenancy paperwork were handled properly and the whole thing went through smoothly. Communication was the standout: calls and messages answered the same day, including outside normal office hours. My apartment is now let to a tenant I'm happy with. Thanks to the team.

18th Mar 2026 (23 weeks ago)Your Move, Belper, were exceptionally helpful and professional in every aspect of the sale, from the initial valuation through to the final sale. We felt our preferences were considered seriously and incorporated into the advertising and photos. We were kept informed at every stage and were extremely patient listening to our queries and answered our questions in a really helpful manner. We never once felt as if we were being told 'leave it to the professionals', but felt as if we were a whole part of the process.

We had a very tight schedule, lots of bumps in the road, but Amber and Stu kept their cool, and showed nothing but professionalism throughout. Would 100% recommend.
