The entire end-to-end process was smooth, efficient, and well explained step by step. The property was professionally cleaned and met a high standard. Everything was handled properly, and we are very satisfied with the experience.

They collated the offers and controlled the negotiations effectively gaining a price we were very happy to accept. Imran and his team were responsive and attentive and professional. I have no reservations in recommending Payne & Co if you want to sell your property.

There were some quite difficult aspects involved and these were handled professionally, as well as courteously, by Andrea Frigo, the lead conveyancer. The result was a successful sale, satisfactory to all parties. We would not hesitate for a second to use this company again or to recommend it to others.

They were great from start to finish — always quick to reply, super helpful, and on top of everything. They kept things moving, chased when needed, and made the whole experience much less stressful than it could have been. Really appreciated how responsive and proactive they both were. 13th Mar 2026 (5 days ago)Had a great experience with Faiz when responding to an ad on SpareRoom it was quickly arranged and the entire process explained in a professional and respectful manner. Made a holding deposit for one of their rooms in Bethnal Green that same day. Due to work commitments I was unable to further pursue the room the experience was great and will contact them again should things change in the future! If you are looking for a new place to rent these guys are highly recommended, good vibes, integrity and professionalism all the way. Mind that this review is my personal honest (genuine) experience with Faiz but I think I can safely say that there are some real shady people out there so to encounter an honest agency like these guys the choice is simple. I've tried reaching out to you but you never answer left messages for Eric and Ezgi - UNPROFESSIONAL I understand you and some members where off sick but everytime I drove past your office I could see everyone in the office present and working just not answering my call or messages which makes it more unprofessional . I did CALL and try reach out to you and still no response i left whats app messages on two seperate occasions and two different people still no response so from my point of view I was certainly patient and went above and beyond to try get a response from you which never came until I left a review then the response came instantly My main purpose was to sell the property and whilst working with you I felt the only thing you wanted to do was rent my property out for short let's at rock bottom prices which I certainly said no too especially at the low ball figures you offered me( very low figures borderline disturbing) I'm glad I got my property sold with another agent I believe being honest and transparent is very important in this field which I believe in my opinion I didn't receive from you as an agent We all make mistakes if you owned the mistake and apolisged for ignoring me then we could have resolved this Instanly but to say people where sick when I could see them working in the office has certainly left me disappointed in my humble opinion
