16th Jun 2026 (25 days ago)In the end Acorn Dulwich took over temporarily but managed to sell our property within a week, listen to our wishes and had great communication. The manager from Acorn Forest Hill Nellie left and someone called Carly took over and her communication was absolutely rubbish she booked in viewings and didn't turn up. Forest Hill Acorn needs more training with knowing how to deal with their clients. Acorn Dulwich the gentleman name Harry gets a 10 star from us!!!

16th May 2026 (8 weeks ago)As the director of the block, I can honestly say that appointing Heathgate Block Management to take over the management of our large private development in NW3 was one of the best decisions we have made. After years of poor management, lack of communication, and residents feeling ignored, Viv and Shabz came in and completely turned things around. From the outset, they delivered on every promise they made. Communication is now clear and consistent, issues are dealt with promptly, and there is finally a sense that the development is being professionally and proactively managed. Residents who were previously frustrated and unhappy now feel listened to, looked after, and confident that the block is in safe hands. What has impressed us most is their ability to improve the quality of service while also achieving substantial savings on the service charge. It is rare to find managing agents who can both raise standards and reduce costs, but Heathgate have managed to do exactly that. The difference throughout the development has been remarkable. The block is now well run, organised, and under control, and the overall atmosphere amongst residents has improved significantly. I would have no hesitation in recommending Heathgate Block Management to any development looking for a reliable, professional, and effective managing agent.

The team has been professional, responsive, organised, and clear in their communication at every stage. It is refreshing to work with an agency that manages matters diligently while maintaining a fair and balanced approach between landlord and tenant interests. The service and speed to market the property was fast and efficient. within days everything was managed ,certificates. Inspections etc. I had to do virtually nothing. Helpful at every stage of the process, shared his local knowledge, was always frank about any challenges that we would encounter, and even introduced us to the local community. Couldn’t recommend him and River Homes highly enough.

1st Jul 2026 (10 days ago)Unprofessional, unethical, and publicly mocks clients.<br>Our experience was a nightmare:<br><br>Financial Pressure: They pressured us to accept a lower offer for their own convenience, disregarding our best interests as sellers.<br><br>Incompetence: They failed to track essential legal documents and met our concerns with "Be optimistic" instead of professional solutions.<br><br>Public Mockery: Look at their response to our previous feedback. The owner literally bragged about "celebrating" and "partying" while we suffered from their poor conduct.<br><br>Using a smirking emoji to ridicule a client’s genuine grievance is the height of arrogance. If you value your money and mental health, do not trust this agency. They don't care about your home; they only care about their commission and mocking you if you complain, proving that they are strictly an 'Easy Mode' agent who thrives only in areas where properties sell themselves.
