Buying and selling a house can be stressful, but they always treated us with kindness, empathy and patience, keeping everyone informed and doing everything they could to move things forward.<br><br>What impressed us the most was how they went above and beyond when the chain was at risk. They stepped in, worked tirelessly behind the scenes and quite literally helped save the deal. Their dedication made all the difference.<br><br>We are now happily settled in a house that we absolutely love, and we’re so grateful for everything Webb Estate Agents did to help make that happen.<br><br>Thank you for your professionalism, compassion and outstanding service. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you.

I didn't have the hassle of multiple viewers or time wasters and I appreciated the prompt communication and professional service. Importantly, I felt Verity did a good job from start to finish in managing my expectations. Thanks for your great service.

23rd Jun 2026 (18 days ago)BE WARNED - FRUSTRATING AND UNPROFESSIONAL<br>Viewed a student flat and were assured we had a 24-hour window to ask questions before moving forward.<br>We did exactly what was asked, but the property was offered to someone else first thing this morning.<br>Don't trust the timelines or assurances they give you.<br>Total waste of time and complete lack of integrity regarding their promised deadlines.
2nd Jun 2026 (6 weeks ago)We met Tommy Chalker a few months ago. He was very helpful in allowing us to see a property 3 times when we were not in a position to make an offer. By the time we did have an offer on our own house we had found another property which we liked equally. We knew Tommy had worked hard in getting the GJ property reduced to a price we could afford so it was disappointing that we opted for the other property. He was always, polite, efficient and accommodating. Excellent service! Many thanks Tommy and Garton Jones.

1st Feb 2022 (4 years ago)I reviewed good service from then although it wasn’t very perfect. It was a little bit hard sometimes to get through to some agents sometimes but apart from that I receive excellent service.
12th Dec 2021 (4 years ago)One of the best stadiums there is! Whether your going to see a game or going to a tour, it gives you a great time there. There’s a restaurant and much more there. I recommend going there and will give a fun time for the kids too see stuff like trophies and more.

From the outset, Mo was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely engaged with the matters I brought to him. What set him apart was not just his competence but his thoughtfulness: he had a real grasp of the underlying dynamics of difficult situations and gave advice that went well beyond the routine. When I needed to make a difficult operational decision, Mo handled the transition with grace and continued to offer his support even when it no longer benefited him directly. That kind of integrity is rare. 26th Jun 2026 (15 days ago)I'd give 0 stars if I could!!!!!<br><br>A company that are clearly in it for the money, rather than the upkeep of the properties they supposedly "manage"!<br>Since they took over a property on Greenford Road (Sudbury), it's been a nightmare for my elderly parent's who have lived in their home for over 40yrs.<br>I've had to repeatedly call, then evidence my complaints for the lack of upkeep & overgrown front & rear garden's!<br>The last time I called, I was told that the front & rear garden boundary fences are my parent's responsibility - which it is not & have taken the liberty to knock on every single door of the resident's on either side to clarify this!<br>My mum was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer last year (2025). During her last few month's at home, she was was unable to enjoy sitting in her garden (which she absolutely loved to do) due to broken fencing & lack of privacy. That's when I contacted them, to be told it was OUR responsibility!<br>Our beautiful mum has since passed unfortunately & we as a family will never forget the way this awful company treated us.<br>It's taken a whole year of grieving for me to muster the strength to write this review, but am doing so to raise awareness for a truly cruel group of people who put money before customer service & doing what's right!<br>We will never forget how our beautiful mum couldn't go in her garden in her last month's, purely because the fences were broken & the shared housing resident's would be able to see her.<br><br>Think of that Mr Larry & your rotten team - we will never forgive you for that - NEVER!!

22nd May 2026 (7 weeks ago)After trying all the usual suspects, Fine & Country were the only estate agent that got us credible buyers on the very first day of our 'open house' and we accepted one of the offers a week later. Then they supported us all the way in getting to contract exchange. Really, I can't recommend Daniel, Alice and the F&C team highly enough.
