9th Mar 2026 (18 weeks ago)I would strongly advise against using this agency. We had an offer accepted by a landlord and were sent the contract and all payment details late Friday afternoon. Interestingly, they don’t take holding deposits (claiming they "don't operate that way"), yet they expected us to sign and transfer a very large sum of money immediately without having our questions answered. By Monday morning, we had cleared all queries, completed references, and signed the contract. After being told to wait for the landlord's "green light" for several hours while we were ready to pay, we were suddenly told the landlord had accepted another identical offer. The excuse given was that the "market is competitive," which is a poor cover for unprofessionalism. They wasted our time, energy, and personal data. Avoid if you want a transparent or reliable process.
14th Nov 2024 (1 year ago)From the initial meeting/valuation through the viewings to the offer & sale process, David Conway provided a great service. Their on-line tools were really helpful monitoring progress. The staff were friendly, very considerate and helpful.
7th Mar 2026 (18 weeks ago)Austin and Daphne sold our 5 bedroom house in Wandsworth in October 2025. They helped us at every step throughout the very stressful process. We felt thoroughly supported and in very safe and professional hands . Their communication was excellent and we managed to sell and complete in 5 months . They really know the area and the market and highly recommend them if you are considering buying or selling in the local area .

They are friendly and hard workers. Who else can help you at 9pm when you have an issue?? :)) Definitely it will be Malay and Mansi. They are always happy to help, they are incredibly good with people and has a knack for matching the tenant with the owner…. making it the perfect fit for a property.

Their knowledge of the local area, access to the market and advice are second to none. Robyn was hugely helpful, professional and knowledgeable through all stages of the sale and purchase, and Jen was absolutely lovely and so helpful in helping us rent a suitable property for the interim. If you are looking for a lovely home in Shepherds Bush, you need look no further.

She had a key role in the transaction and actually made it happen despite a very delayed timeline and some unhelpful roadblocks in between - she was always available, and always trying to bring everyone and everything together, with amazing communication throughout and one clear focus on getting the deal over the finish line. Stellar job from her side I must say. Very glad she was involved and will happily go back to her for any future property endeavours!

We viewed a property and were explicitly told by the agent that the house was ours and we could proceed with the rental. We started making plans and stopped looking at other places based on their word. ?However, shortly after, they went behind our backs and gave the house to someone else without a word of explanation. This level of dishonesty is appalling. ?To make matters worse, the stress and disappointment caused by this agency's lies literally made my mother sick. We spent time, energy, and hope on this, only to be treated like we didn't matter. They are unprofessional, untrustworthy, and have zero compassion for the families they deal with. If you want an agency that keeps its promises, look elsewhere."

On meeting Hani and Elizabeth, we were immediately impressed with their knowledge of the local market and their genuine warmth, friendliness and down to earth approach. Communication was great throughout, with no unnecessary chasing , as is often the case with other agents. The photo brochure prepared certainly showed our property to its best advantage. All viewings were accompanied by Elizabeth or Hani, who were always punctual. All in all, we received a first class service, and would recommend without hesitation to anyone selling a property in the area.
