8th Aug 2025 (11 mo. ago)Spent six months purchasing a property with Park and Bailey where the Seller pulled out just before exchange. Lots of half truths, poor communication and structure.
10th Sep 2018 (7 years ago)Do not rent from this company. After renting a high-end property in St Johns Wood, this firm has been a nightmare to deal with. From the start, the condition of the property was sub-par. Despite repeated requests for cosmetic repairs and promises to rectify, these went ignored, then once we moved, they have attempted to claim for items which are clearly visible in the check-in report pictures and the ones we had been asking to be repaired since the start of our tenancy, and at excessive prices. They are not responsive and despite moving out 3 months ago, we still have not received our security deposit back. I would highly recommend you rent from a more reputable and professional firm. Do not trust your money to this agency. We will never rent from them again.

So many agents were arrogant or didn’t bother to find the time to help me, or even spend 10 mins to discuss my offers and concerns with certain properties . Mike was patient, helpful and understood what is takes to have a fine balance between the sellers agent and a space for the buyer to get some help when buying a place. Thanks again. I have already recommended you and Lak to my son in law, who are looking to buy their first home.

3rd Jul 2026 (10 days ago)We really enjoyed our stay at York Mansions. The flat was spacious and meant all our needs. The flat was very clean and well kept. The location was great as we had lots of restaurant options a few steps away as well as a grocery store, post office and other shops.<br>Your staff was awesome to deal with when we had an issue with the fans and resolved the problem in a kind and timely fashion.<br>If we return to London in the future we know where we will be staying and won’t hesitate to recommend your properties to others!

19th Jun 2025 (1 year ago)I want to raise serious concerns regarding our experience with Fine & Country during a recent property purchase. We found the agency’s conduct throughout the transaction to be deeply unprofessional. Key information was withheld, communication was evasive, and there appeared to be no regard for transparency or ethical standards. Rather than acting as honest brokers, they consistently acted in ways that undermined trust and fairness. We are now dealing with the legal and financial consequences of this experience — and I would strongly advise others to be extremely wary.
