Gary handled our sale professionally and calmly; it was a pleasure working with him. His knowledge of the local area and market is unmatched, and we got a real sense that he knew how to achieve the best and most appropriate result for both seller and buyer. And he found us lovely people to buy our home which was really important to us. We welcomed his considered advice and he was proved right throughout! An enjoyable and comparatively speedy process, where the stress of moving and leaving the area was much reduced thanks to Gary. Thank you.

Any time an issue came up, they handled it quickly and professionally. I’m genuinely happy with their service and would definitely recommend them.

Also, following the reading of good reviews from other people, I was confident and encouraged to make an appointment with ARQ Homes. I spoke with Abdul who invited me to his office, and made feel more than just a client, I felt like a guest in his ARQ estate agent. Abdul was very clear and concise covering all the details in order to give me an honest an accurate valuation appraisal. Abdul also used his valuable experience and knowledge in the housing market, in order to give me a good advice how to proceed with my plan for both potential lettings and sales of my property. Abdul's advice has definitely put me on the the right directions in order to achieve the best possible outcome in relation to my property. 6th Dec 2025 (7 mo. ago)Sold our property within 8 days. Brookings valued our house slightly higher than the other three agents that we invited. We also sold for the EXACT figure Ryan thought we would get. If I’d have gone with the other agents, I would have lost out. Wonderful service

13th Jun 2026 (30 days ago)Their communication was poor. One of their sales person dealing with my flat left just one day without no handover. Therefore my sales took weeks longer than it should have been. They are cheaper but they come at huge price of delays and lack of communication.

13th May 2026 (9 weeks ago)I’m genuinely very disappointed by the way I was treated by both the owner and manager at WorkSpace. I was approached while quietly doing my work and spoken to in a degrading and unprofessional manner regarding purchasing something from the café. The situation was communicated unclearly at first, and instead of handling it respectfully, I was told to leave or security would be called. I found the entire interaction rude and upsetting. Regardless of café policy, customers should still be treated with basic respect and professionalism.
