5th Nov 2025 (6 mo. ago)My experience with this agency has been extremely disappointing. From the start, communication was almost impossible — we called and sent several messages for over a week before anyone responded. When someone finally did, they were rude and even hung up on us. Despite that, we gave them another chance and eventually managed to view a property we were genuinely interested in. Throughout the process, there was no accountability, no apology for the poor communication, and very little professionalism. After making an offer, we were told the landlord needed tenants to move in within a week, which was completely unrealistic. We waited days for updates, only to be told later that we should continue our search elsewhere. This entire process wasted two weeks of our time and left us feeling disrespected and frustrated. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this agency unless they seriously improve their communication, professionalism, and respect for clients.
15th Dec 2025 (21 weeks ago)We rented a flat in Greenwich via Daniel Watney for the past year and a half, before we relocated to the other side of London. I would not hesitate to rent from them again. The team were friendly and attentive, and the few repairs we needed during our time there were fixed very quickly. The end of tenancy process was smooth. They let us break out of our tenancy 3 weeks early, and we received our full deposit back too. Would recommend them!

Jasmine was really personable, answered all my questions (including following up via e-mail as needed), and supported me throughout the process. I am a first time buyer so didn’t know anything about the necessary steps so Jasmine and her colleague (Sandip) helped guide and prepare me throughout. Richard gave clear guidance on pricing and communication was consistent and reassuring throughout the process—I was always kept up to date, and any questions I had were answered quickly. Hausman and Holmes were recommended to me and I’m glad they were, what stood out to me was how they managed the entire process with a calm confidence during and after completion. As I am grateful Hausman and Holmes were recommended to me, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Richard Dangoor to anyone looking to buy or sell their property. A genuinely reliable and good service.

Following on from being under offer, Alice has spent hours and hours updating us on every step of the sale. We have not had to chase them for anything, as they have been absolutely amazing. I have already passed on Daniel’s details to a few friends, looking to sell soon. I can’t recommend them enough. Don’t waste your time with the other, bigger agents. They are a small team and incredibly dedicated. Thank you for everything Daniel & the team.

Claire Delaney was also brilliant, and the two of them helped us throughout with our sale, and even our onward purchase, which they didn’t arrange. Just a really excellent service all around, and we couldn’t recommend them more highly.
