Definitely helpful to work with someone with such a human-centred approach in what can be a very stressful time!

We were always updated with emails on the progress, given good advice on the decorations. Everything were handled professionally, even going the extra miles. From the very beginning, he was friendly, approachable, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Buying a house can sometimes feel overwhelming, but Jakub made everything much smoother for us. He was always professional, quick to respond to our questions, and kept us updated at every stage. We really appreciated how supportive and patient he was, especially when there were delays and changes along the way. Jakub’s communication was excellent, and he genuinely seemed to care about helping us through the process rather than just completing a transaction. I have had properties vacant for over 6 months in the past, but his ability to never give up is a testament to achieving satisfactory results. I have had a very good experience with them over the past few years for all the services they have rendered to us. I therefore strongly recommend them.
18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

After a sale with another agent fell through, Foxtons was able to secure a new buyer quickly for my freehold property in Richmond. Francis Wilson managed the sale after the offer was agreed and did so with great expertise and dedication. Complicated by the fact that I live in the Netherlands and my solicitor struggled with this sale, Francis kept stepping up, keeping things moving. Five deserved stars!
