They don’t have any reason to keep my deposit, landlord has accepted 1 month ago that was no problem with the property and they are not giving my deposit back! After 3 years with this agency they didn’t care about us, luckily the landlord was next door to sort out the problems!

Communication is clear, instructions are well organised, and they operate in a consistently professional manner. 17th Dec 2025 (20 weeks ago)Highly recommended - friendly, honest, responsive and professional. Having rented in London for over a decade, I know how hard it is to find a good lettings agency and Russell and Tamara at DM &Co really stand out from the crowd. From my first contact they were very professional and friendly. When a landlord refused our tenancy application on a first property due to my needing a guarantor, they were empathetic and compassionate and really fought our corner. They were even happy to give us advice later as we continued our search and came up against some less scrupulous agencies. When a second suitable property came up, Russell remembered us and contacted us straightaway for a viewing and as a result we now have a lovely new rental property to call home. Unlike a lot of agents I have had to deal with, they are extremely transparent, and were happy to answer any questions we had regarding the tenancy agreement, deposits etc. I have encountered plenty of estate agencies who either don't bother to update their knowledge appropriately, or who will try to keep you in the dark just to see what they can get away with. At DM & Co there is none of this, just an honest, professional approach from a small, local team who obviously know the area well. We have been in our new property for nearly three months now and so far everything has gone off without a hitch - they are very responsive and helpful when communicating with our landlady regarding any queries we have, anything that has gone wrong in the property or anything else we have needed so far. So a big thank you to Russell and Tamara - if only more agencies were like you. Update (December 2025): after 5 years renting our much-loved property in Northolt, we have now moved on. The check out process went really smoothly and DM&Co were very human and flexible when we weren't quite sure of the timeline for moving out. Thank you both for your hard work and efficiency over the past 5 years - communication has always been great and it has been a pleasure to deal with you.

Within a few short hours he had a few suitable options for me and within 48 hours an offer was accepted! I had my property on the market for months with no luck, then I moved to a different estate agent who managed to sell it straight away. I found them to be unprofessional and dishonest. The best thing anyone can do is use another estate agent, a professional one not Man & Co.

13th Oct 2025 (6 mo. ago)Sonia Estates could not wait longer than two weeks after my husband’s passing to start their plot to scam me. Informed me that minor repairs needed to rent after the contract expired. No deposit money given to me as they retained it! They ran up 8000 pounds( 12,000 pounds is what they demanded initially) worth of non existent repairs without my permission. When I disputed it, they secretly rented out my home and had no intention of informing me about it, nor of paying me rent!! They also had the secret idea of letting the home out to Capital Living who would charge us a commission, and Sonia would very kindly keep collecting another 7 percent commission too! This was only revealed to me after months of questioning Sonia Estates. They then threw away all of my furniture and asked me for an additional 15,000 pounds to furnish it again! So, they tried to make almost 27,000 pounds from the death of my husband! Sonia Estaes lied to the Ombudsman who accepted their lies that all of the above arrangements were agreed upon by me over a phony phone call! Even though I won the case, they were asked to pay me only 150 pounds! They now keep getting my Google review deleted!

His agency stands out from the rest due to his highly personal service; we spoke with or saw only him so felt super confident he was fully engaged and invested in our sale at all times. His comms were also excellent, as were his problem-solving skills and professional partners. The photography was outstanding, with much thought taken in both the planning and execution. Highly recommended!

They were extremely professional, kept us in the loop at all times, I didn’t have to call them to chase them for anything. The team were all so friendly and polite and we built up a good working relationship with Chris himself, who was always able to answer anything when required. Will miss our conversations. The sale went through smoothly, which is just want you want when this is a very stressful time. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone. Last year had to sell a family property and went with a different agents which was a terrible experience, this was a breath of fresh air, so wish we’d used Chis and his company for that sale. 10/10. Thank you to Chris and his team.

Hussein is exceptionally knowledgeable about the local area and is thoughtful in his understanding of the historic architecture and the practicalities of family homes. Moreover, Hussein is personable and professional in navigating the complexities of a property transaction. I have nothing but good things to say and wouldn’t hesitate to work with him again or refer him to others.
