From the very first viewing Maria was fantastic - incredibly responsive, always available when I needed something, and genuinely supportive throughout what can often be a stressful process. She must have shown me the property around five times and was always patient, helpful and professional. Maria really went above and beyond to help get the deal over the line and made the whole experience much smoother than it could have been. A great experience overall and I’m very grateful for all the work she put in. Highly recommend both Maria and the Statons Hadley Wood team.

His knowledge of the area was first class, and he secured buyers for us very quickly, during a period of very low activity for house sales. Always contactable by phone or text, even called us from his holiday location a few times- and never a delay returning an enquiry. Would highly recommend.

Any questions I had they answered quickly and I felt they went the extra mile to follow up with both parties solicitors and any other third parties involved in the process. Clare and Miles made my buying experience very smooth.

5th Mar 2026 (14 days ago)Georgia at BRH has been nothing short of excellent! Georgia was very friendly during our viewing of the property and answered all of our questions, even answered some before we had chance to ask, this just shows how intuitive Georgia is. Since the viewing which was Monday, two days later we had a tenancy agreement to sign and everything ready paperwork-wise for a move on the following Friday! Any questions we have had Georgia has promptly responded within the hour and in the one case she hadn't, she rang to apologise even though it was only a few hours later! Overall the experience during this whole process has been perfect and could not wish for a better person to handle it all for us!

Any questions that I had have been promptly dealt with. I was able to move in to my new place reasonably quickly. I have also been contacted by few other agents at VIA Properties and with confidence can recommend these estate agents to others.

15th Jan 2026 (9 weeks ago)Our experience renting from Alexander Bond has been brilliant. The move was organised quickly over the Christmas period and there was no problems at all. Conor was extremely helpful, even in some rather difficult circumstances. We broke down on our move in day but he remained available long after working hours to help us. The welcome gift box was also a lovely touch and was much needed after a stressful day! The company are very responsive to my emails and questions and so far have been exactly what I wanted from an agency.

From start to finish, he was so helpful, professional and got the best result. Communication was always excellent and always helped to make each step as smooth as possible-thank you!
23rd Feb 2026 (24 days ago)Do not deserve even 1 star. The advertisement was completely misleading. The photos showed a flat in perfect condition, but when I arrived, workers were inside and the entire flat was in a broken, unfinished state. Wasted my 2 hours.<br>The owner, Anthony, was extremely unprofessional and did not bother to answer basic questions. His attitude was disrespectful and showed no concern for potential tenants.<br>Avoid at all costs.
