She was both friendly and professional and offered good communication throughout our dealings. So I can not speak for the rest of Proffitt and Holt as an agency, as I only really dealt with her and she was a very good representive and ambassador of them.

In what turned out to be a challenging market, they were the team who got the sale over the line.<br>Throughout the process, they were honest, professional and always straightforward with us. Communication was excellent, and someone was always available at the end of the phone whenever we had questions or needed reassurance, particularly during the more stressful stages towards completion.<br>Selling a house can be a difficult experience, but Village made it as smooth as possible. I couldn't recommend them highly enough and would happily use them again in the future.

From start to finish, the service was exceptional, and the sale of my flat was handled with professionalism, care, and genuine commitment. A special mention has to go to Nick, who truly went above and beyond at every stage of the process. He was proactive, responsive, and always willing to take the time to explain things clearly and keep me updated. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and his dedication made what can often be a stressful experience feel smooth and reassuring.

3rd Aug 2026 (21 days ago)We recently bought our home through Frost's and wanted to say a big thank you to Adam.<br><br>Buying a house is stressful but Adam was fantastic to deal with throughout the process. He was approachable, understanding, and consistently went above and beyond to help keep things moving.<br><br>We ended up having a lot of contact over the course of the purchase because we used Frost's recommended conveyancer and, unfortunately, the individual we got wasn't particularly proactive or responsive. As a result, Adam seemed to take on an unpaid second job of chasing the conveyancer, following up and calming down a grumpy buyer! Without his persistence and communication, I'm honestly not sure the transaction would have progressed as well as it did.<br><br>Adam was always quick to respond, patient with our requests, and genuinely cared about getting the sale over the line. His professionalism and dedication made a stressful process much easier to manage.<br><br>We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Adam and Frost's to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. They proposed a sensible pricing strategy which generated plenty of interest, arranged photography which showed the property to its best advantage and then efficiently handled the many enquiries and viewings. Once it was under offer (after only a couple of weeks), the team navigated us through to a speedy completion with professionalism and good humour. Couldn't be happier with their service, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

The service I have received has been outstanding and I am impressed with the “due diligence” they have undertaken. Giving the changing legislation affecting landlords, I feel confident that IW Estates will ensure compliance with the law. I also expect that my tenants will have confidence that issues arising with the property they are renting will be dealt with in a timely manner. My point of contact is Ellie Smith and she has been outstanding in terms of advising me, creating new tenancy agreements and meeting my tenants. I know that she is supported by others in IW Estates and my thanks go to them as well as to Ellie. In summary, in my view, a highly professional Company who do everything “by the book” and deserve to do well in the highly competitive lettings business.
