She basically gets things done in an upbeat , friendly and efficient way. There were major challenges when the chain broke down and alternative solutions were needed. Sasha remained positive and didn't give up. The solicitors seemed to respect and listen to her . In short ...this transaction would not have completed without Sashes involvement . 18th Dec 2025 (13 weeks ago)All the staff i had contact with were approachable and helpful. Sadly the buyer's solicitor was shocking. As this conveyancer was appointed by their lender which Connells had also arranged for the buyer. I would suggest connels/sellers check who the Solicitors are before agreeing any offers. Mine on paper was a straight forward transition and yet took over 4 months due to some shocking behaviour from these solicitors. Hopefully connells can provide feedback to the lender. As the sale was delayed, and never looked like it would complete, more viewings were conducted. However, I never really got any feedback on these. In the end the sale went through and I'm sure Andy in particular was relieved after all the stress it caused him, me and our decent solicitors.

From the outset Andrew took a genuine interest in my property and plans, and the photographs and brochure he organised were excellent. Andrew kept me informed at all stages and the dedicated WhatsApp group proved a very efficient method of communicating. A very friendly and efficient firm and I would highly recommend them.

17th Feb 2026 (30 days ago)We had such a wonderful experience with Phoebe as our estate agent. From the very first viewing, she was incredibly warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable. She took the time to show us around properly and answered every single question we had without hesitation. Throughout the whole process, Phoebe was amazing with communication. Her responses to emails were always so quick, and she handled every situation efficiently and professionally. Moving house can be extremely stressful, especially being pregnant and trying to keep on top of everything, but Phoebe made the entire process feel seamless. She reassured me so many times and truly helped ease any worries I had. When Phoebe was busy with other tasks, Libby stepped in and was just as helpful. She sorted emails and passed information along promptly, making sure nothing was delayed. It was all handled so effortlessly between them, and we always felt supported. I honestly can’t recommend these two ladies enough for any advice or help you may need. Phoebe even went out of her way to get my son a pen, which had become a little ongoing joke during the viewing such a thoughtful and personal touch! Thank you both so much for making what could have been a stressful experience feel so special. You’ve truly given us a happy and positive start to our next chapter. ????
