Jordanna and Isobel were a fantastic team, with great communication, a solid strategic approach and efficient management of the sales process. Our house was on the market for under a week before it sold and we completed in just over a month. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome and would use Knight Frank again without hesitation.

10th Jan 2026 (10 weeks ago)We’ve owned in Cobham most of the last 32 years, and whilst we’ve had spells overseas, Cobham, and our cottage, have been home for a long time. So deciding to sell was a really big step. There are a number of good well established Agents on the high street, but what really distinguished Curchods was their commitment to follow through on what they said; their understanding of the market; and having decided to sell ‘off market’ they really did have the contacts and network of buyer interest to be able to make the sale happen. Curchods have been in Cobham a long time, they were patient, understanding, and very professional…and Jemima Hogg particularly was super supportive and worked hard for us (and the buyer) to keep the sale moving to Completion. We’ve closed a chapter, and there’s much we’ll miss about Cobham, but we move on with great memories, and truly grateful to Curchods for making the whole selling process a smooth one. Thankyou.

I first met Jess when she helped resolve an issue at a rental property above mine, and her professionalism left a lasting impression. So, when it came time to sell my flat, there was no question who I’d call. Jess handled what turned out to be a complex sale with remarkable patience, skill, and good humour. She was always available with sound advice and practical solutions, guiding the process smoothly from start to finish. Most of us will only go through a few property sales in our lives, I'd suggest you make sure yours are with someone like Jess.

6th Mar 2026 (13 days ago)Can highly recommend Miles & Bird and especially Aaron. He was professional and very thorough throughout the process. Ours was not an easy sale (poor market), but he kept us in the loop well and was honest and innovative with ideas about what we could do. Nor was ours an easy completion process (delays and complications largely created by solicitors across the chain), but that was where Aaron really came into his own. We obviously were not his only client, but we were made feel like we were - he worked so hard for us and was tenacious in chasing everything up for us, keeping us informed of what was going on / anything we needed to do, explaining the process, and generally keeping everything moving forward etc. At a very stressful time he was very reassuring.

We met with a number of estate agents but immediately could tell that something was different, more honest and personal when first meeting Paul. They also had comforting evidence of selling properties fast within the area. We experienced great communication throughout the process and this personal approach really helped negotiate and seek alternative options when a few unforeseen circumstances arose up and down the chain, keeping everyone calm and then pushing when they needed to. We’d definitely recommend the team at Samuel Estates to anyone in Streatham/Norbury and surrounding areas that they cover.

Although the house took some time to sell due to a quiet market, Tony persevered throughout and never lost momentum. His communication was excellent and he remained friendly and professional at all times. Where Tony truly came into his own was after the sale was agreed; he did a fantastic job supporting the buyers through the process and proactively chasing the solicitors to keep things moving. A fantastic service during a difficult time – thank you, Tony."

James French and Tim Buckley were so helpful and always available to speak on the phone. Compared to other estate agents who pass you from pillar to post, James and Tim were amazing.
