2nd Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)Had a really great experience renting a house with the Fuller Gilbert & Company. Very professional and excellent communication throughout. Adele, who handled my case, went above and beyond, delivering excellent service. I really recommend them.
3rd Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)I do not recommend as a management company. Previous negative reviews I noticed seem to dissappear. They claimed PM lettings is a separate business and made a different Google page, even though it's all under the same roof, same staff and same website!! No other estate agent does this. And PM stands for Pollard Machin! Ignore emails or just stop replying and do not take maintenance issues seriously. Have to resort to calling in which they confirm they received emails but never explain why you are always the bottom of the pile. Mike seems to be the worst at this.
4th Mar 2026 (15 days ago)I dosing sell my property but pulled it from the market. A) because the market was very competitive B) I was having a horrible experience with JA. Their branch manager acted very unprofessionally, agreed to terms and then just ignored them. Their overall communication and insights were very poor. They also acted without my best interest in mind. Horrible experience overall.

- 7th Nov 2022 (3 years ago)Worst experience ever. Please avoid Dexter if you can. 2 days at 15 degrees. 6 weeks back and forward with maitenance team. Gas leak in between. Boiler still not working. Bad management and worst professionalism and rude communication. Manager office said in writting: “if you don’t like you are welcomed to leave the property” in reference to not have warm water or heater. They only provided electric heater the first time at 15 degrees because we requested. Second time, second day at 15 degrees and still non-responsive.

I had a few come out to pitch selling for us but I was so impressed with what shaw and co had to offer and also very happy with Charan who was such a lovely man. I was happy with his extensive knowledge and his friendliness. They kept their promise on everything they said. We had a constant flow of viewers and the agents doing the viewings for us were lovely too. One in particular we dealt with was Maria. I think they went above and beyond. They all felt more like friends than us just being clients. I am happy to say our house sold with them and went through very quickly. Can’t thank them enough and would highly recommend to everyone.
