17th Feb 2026 (29 days ago)Alessandra and Hanan were extremely helpful and professional throughout our apartment rental agreement. Despite several external delays that were outside of everyone’s control, Alessandra remained fully committed to supporting us in completing the agreement. She was proactive and consistently took action to help move the process forward including consistently chasing third party operators. Even when we faced external obstacles that could have slowed everything down, she did everything within her capacity to mobilise the necessary steps and accommodate our requests.<br><br>Hanan was equally diligent and supportive. She ensured that both the tenant’s and the landlord’s rights were protected and handled appropriately. She provided clear guidance on both minor and major matters and was consistently responsive, even at short notice.

The process involved some quite complicated paperwork requirements that were difficult to provide, and while I had to manage those hurdles myself to move things forward, Lenka’s speed and clear communication helped keep the transaction on track. I appreciate her efficiency in getting the deal done. Recommended!
21st Mar 2025 (11 mo. ago)I couldn't recommend Stow brothers enough when selling your property. They make it so straight forward and very easy. We were looked after by the fabulous Darcie Stein, she went above and beyond to make sure everything went well and was always on the phone with updates and kept us informed every step of the way. From listing our house to completion it all went so smoothly, if you want to sell your house get in contact with Darcie she was our lucky charm!!

11th Mar 2026 (7 days ago)I recently chose Butler & Stag to find a tenant for my flat and manage the tenancy. I felt that their evaluation of the market and suggested rental price was more realistic than other agents, which meant that the lettings team secured a tenant for the flat very quickly, and their management fees are very competitive. So far my experiences with the management team looking after my property have been very positive - a direct line to someone who picks up, and communication has been responsive and reliable. It has only been one month of the tenancy, but so far, so good.

I have had properties vacant for over 6 months in the past, but his ability to never give up is a testament to achieving satisfactory results. I have had a very good experience with them over the past few years for all the services they have rendered to us. I therefore strongly recommend them.

From start to finish, they were professional, responsive, and incredibly supportive throughout the whole process. Seden was brilliant during the viewing very friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely at ease. Ismaaiil handled all the paperwork and administration seamlessly, explaining everything clearly and making the process stress-free and straightforward. Both of them went above and beyond to help, and their communication was excellent throughout. Truly amazing service from start to finish. Highly recommended!

10th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)Please do not use their service. AVOID AT ALL COST. We took up a property on rent through David Daniels ltd which was old and not in good shape but we knew what we were getting into. We as family with Children adjusted with faults in that property. The landlord/agent was happy because we did not complaint and paid rent on time. But to our suprise when we decided to leave the property and go the agent/landlord held 75% of our deposit .i.e. above £1900 under the pretext of "Very Dirty". It is unbelievable that we are waiting from past 3 months for our deposit to be refunded.

26th Feb 2026 (20 days ago)Just finished up with renting a property for 18 months through Elliott James. The service prior to agreeing the property was great - we dealt with Annabel who is very approachable and friendly. It did go downhill pretty quickly after we moved in however, and we had various issues, including slow responses from the team, several issues with furnished appliances (we paid extra for) and fobs not working, and holes in walls that took a while to be filled and repainted. We received an outrageously high rental hike after the end of our 12 month contract. We really felt we were taken advantage of here and were being extorted due to a position where we couldn’t move elsewhere. We also received anecdotal feedback from neighbours that we were being charged much more than they would have expected based on their own agreements. The worst part of the experience however was how we were treated when we handed in our notice. It felt the staff no longer felt any need for any customer service at this point and were unhelpful with any query raised. Then there were some pretty ridiculous deductions demanded from the deposit once we had left. This was without evidence, and quite clearly an attempt to make as much money as possible for the Agency and the Landlord at the tenants expense. The property was left spotless after a deep, thorough clean for which we have photo and video evidence, and yet we were charged almost £300 for further cleaning on top. We strongly believe that no matter how immaculate we had left the property, this charge would have been applied as a way of scamming money from us. In addition they claimed almost £300 for damage and almost £300 for redecoration. Again, wholly excessive for trivial issues and basically a way of taking funds from tenants hoping they wouldn’t argue about them. The ‘damage’ was normal wear and tear, and so we have disputed this with a deposit scheme. Overall, I would absolutely not recommend EJPR, and would certainly not use them again. On several occasions we have felt bullied as a result of EPJR taking financial advantage of situations, and would hate to see others in the same situation, hence taking the time to review. Update: We have had the final adjudication on our deposit dispute, and unsurprisingly the adjudicator has cancelled 80% of Elliott James deduction request. Further evidence that EJPR tried to take advantage of us in this situation and were proven to be wholly excessive in their deductions. A real shame we had to be put in this position by them, but atleast there is justice at the end of it (no thanks to EJPR).

21st Feb 2026 (25 days ago)Honestly the best estate agents I’ve come across. Had so many experiences with different estate agents and they were very unhelpful and disappointing. Kai Davies from Target Property is so lovely. Very welcoming and polite. The process was so smooth because of him and his colleagues. Viewing completed, contracts signed and moved in within 2 weeks. So happy I went to them and forever grateful to Kai for the help and guidance. Definitely recommend this estate agents!
17th Mar 2026 (1 day ago)Valuation agent clearly knew his market as he priced the house higher than two others and was correct. Had figures to back up his pricing, which was reassuring. Follow up post sale/pre-completion was good, as were communications. Would certainly use again.
