14th May 2026 (7 weeks ago)Wouldn’t use this agent again to help find a property. Communication was very poor throughout the process. We viewed a property back in February and were initially told the landlord wouldn’t accept our application. Later, after the property had not had many viewings, they accepted an application from us. We were completely transparent from the start about a recently paid-off CCJ. After going through referencing, we were left waiting only to eventually be told the landlord decided not to proceed after another interested party came along. This could and should have been communicated much earlier. The agency seems to prioritise landlord decisions at the expense of customer care and basic communication. Overall, a very disappointing experience.- 5th Dec 2025 (6 mo. ago)Very poor experience trying to sell my property with this estate agent. Experienced zero support even when I tried to discuss strategy to ensure better interest in my property. I feel I wasted 16 weeks with little communication or care. Glad to be moving on with another local agent who has already proved themselves to be much more engaged with the seller than I experienced with Hunters in Horncastle.
22nd May 2026 (6 weeks ago)We panicked and called PPM Services Pest Control today after discovering what we thought were wasps in our chimney coming into our living room. The owner came out immediately on his way home from work and was with us in less than 5 minutes and quickly reassured us that they were actually honey bees. He was incredibly kind, honest, and professional. Such an amazing person and a great company. You should be very proud of the service you provide. We would definitely use your services again in the future and would recommend you to anyone needing a quick, professional service. Highly recommended!

23rd Apr 2026 (10 weeks ago)We actually sold and bought a property through Longstaffs. The whole experience was excellent nothing was too much trouble. Calls were answered quickly and they got back to us if the person was unavailable at that moment. I think we had contact with most of the staff but Tracey was actually dealing with our sale and purchase and kept us informed and updated on all aspects. We can’t thank them enough for everything they did and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
16th Jun 2026 (19 days ago)In a world where we seem to be left consistently underwhelmed by customer service, Drurys Estate Agents provided a complete service nothing short of first-class. After obtaining valuations from a number of local agents, Drurys Estate Agents showed enthusiasm, professionalism and an incredibly positive attitude towards marketing our property (at the top end) of our desired selling price. On arrival, owner of the business Scott Drury, quickly identified the value in our location and advised on how best prepare the property for market, saving us time and money, avoiding any overspend. Scott clearly knows his market well, standing out against his other competitors. Katie then handled all the marketing arrangements and provided us with a draft write-up, allowing us to make any alterations with ease. Katie then handled all the viewings at the property and gave us immediate feedback from each client. Myself, having had a career in both Sales and Customer Service Management, can honestly describe her service as impeccable throughout. Not only did she keep us fully informed, she also went (far) above and beyond, helping obtain information which was well out of her remit. Katie clearly has excellent connections within her industry, this paired with her honesty, professionalism and sheer commitment to her role, made the entire selling procedure seamless. Property sales rarely flow without queries and small issues, however Katie's handling of the entire process was flawless. As a customer who is rarely impressed, Drurys team far surpassed even our highest of expectations. We would not hesitate to select using this local business again. Thank you to the team for restoring our faith in good honest small business values!!

They kept me informed at every stage, answered all my questions promptly, and helped make what can be a stressful process feel straightforward and well managed. I'm a first time buyer so was just putting up with it at first, but everytime I look elsewhere for understanding I find out just how much this agency is not working in line with normal expectations. They provide no information then chase you as if you're a nuisance. Information from them doesn't match up with what I get from my solicitors. The entire process has been much more stressful than necessary and I'm ridiculously disappointed. I have family moving up North and with how bad this process has been I'm at a point where I would encourage them to miss out on great properties just to avoid dealing with Lovelle Hykeham

Lisa in particular has always been on standby, sending texts, voice notes and making calls at any given moment. Nothing seemed to much trouble and there was always a friendly vibe, even when things were tough. It takes a special sort of someone to always be happy and friendly in a job like this, and Lisa fits the bill every time! Thank you for all you did for the sale & completion of my property. Highly recommend to all! ??????

24th May 2024 (2 years ago)This is the third time I have used Pridea to sell a property. Exactly the same experience every time. The property sells quickly with one robust sale that goes through to completion. Not my experience of using other estate agents in the area.

14th May 2026 (7 weeks ago)Absolutely outstanding from start to finish, it's fair to say we had just about every barrier in the way of our onward purchase, but both James & Kim worked tirelessly to get it over the line for us, the guidance, the support and everything inbetween made a huge differance to both myself and my family. They didn't have to do half of what they did for us but the fact is they wanted to help and are genuinely lovely people & I can't thank them enough.
