30th Oct 2025 (20 weeks ago)Recently bought a new build in Marton, Spicerhaart are selling on behalf of E5. Dealt with new build Sales Director Graham Lang who said he would make the process as smooth as possible. Sadly it could not have been further from the truth the process was very poor communication wise, once they had our deposit for the new build they were not interested. Graham does not respond to emails or phone calls and speaking to other occupiers on the site it seems they have all had exceptionally poor service from Graham. Avoid this agent whether buying or selling they are only interested in your money, they don’t care about you as a person.

The selling side is good, communication not often the best in certain areas but the sales team do their best- 3rd Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)Thank you so much to Your Move at North Hykeham and in particular, Ellie and Andrea! What a fantastic pair these two are. They are so friendly, professional and easy to talk to. I am delighted to say that after a difficult selling experience with previous agents, Your Move has got us a sale going through again! Wow! We are so pleased! Ellie and Andrea have put our minds at ease all the way through the process. They have both been so lovely to speak to and really personable. I really felt like I knew them both personally and they took the time to speak to me whenever I called. Nothing was ever too much trouble! Unlike other estate agents that can make you feel like you are just 'a number', Ellie and Andrea knew our situation well and understood the worries we had from the beginning having had chains collapse on us previously. They were both knowledgeable, professional, friendly and genuine. I honestly can't speak any higher of them! In addition, a special mention goes to Michael who carried out viewings for us when we were unable to do them ourselves due to work commitments. Thank you so much all of you! 19th Feb 2026 (27 days ago)Wouldn't recommend this company jobs reported when vulnerable take over a week to sort out can never get hold of who you need to calls never get returned antisocial behaviour doesn't get sorted I've moved from bad to worse a day late on rent they soon contact you though.... looks like I'm house hunting again. I've reported numerous times the same people to no avail it's got to the point I've said forget it also if you unfortunately do get housed with this company please check bins before deposit rent and tenancy is signed mine was all full infested and took them over 4 months to empty the council refused rightly so as its the company and landlords fault also check your out house mines still full it's terrible. Especially when the rents so expensive aswell

10th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)We used Winkworths to sell our home at the end of 2025 and it was a fantastic service from start to finish, from both Ryan and Matt. Ryan was excellent at capturing wonderful photos of our home that 100% represented the reality of our home. We were really happy with the valuation and felt it was fair against current market value. Viewings were managed effectively by Matt and we had 7 bookings confirmed within 2 days. We then went on to sell our house after 3 days of being on the market which was fantastic. We were kept informed of the process and steps all the way thorough via email, text or phone which suited us great as we couldn’t always pick up straight away! Calls back to the office were always responded to either immediately or within the hour. I would highly recommend Winkworths to anyone wishing to sell. Fair fees, excellent communication and genuinely great and knowledgeable agents. Thank you both so much.- 19th Feb 2026 (27 days ago)If I could give 6 stars I would. From the first enquiry phone call to picking the keys Donna was a superstar. I couldn't have asked for a better letting agent and as for the landlord aswell she is great. Donna took care of everything and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and it moved through swiftly. I would definitely recommend Donna at lovelles she is fantastic.

Most importantly, they helped me deal with all the communication with the solicitor, so I didn’t have to worry about anything. I would definitely choose them again as my estate agent in the future.

13th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)Initially Newton Fallowell appeared keen on the premises. Property on the market for five months, no viewing, no information from the agents. Incentive offered to the sales person who sells the property offered. Contact with agents who wanted to drop the price by £30k in January. None of the houses of similar value who have lowered their prices have yet to be sold. They only want to advertise on right move etc.

4th Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)We tried a number of different estate agents in the area and all promised much but delivered little. This agency is different, they promised a service which they delivered above and beyond, from the first valuation to completion they were amazing. They were totally professional but managed to make it a personal service too, any advice given was tailored to our situation and if what we were considering was not wise they said so, politely of course! It was not just about making the sale and earning their commission, you really felt they were looking out for your best interests. There were hiccups in the process, not of their making, circumstances out of our control, but through it all they kept everything on track and, most importantly, didn't get fed up with our constant phone calls and requests, almost panic at times! I highly recommend, and if and when we move again we will use them again, no question. Thank you Kate, Sam and Becky...we got there in the end!
