Their admin team quickly produced a quality brochure and a 3D tour, and within a week of instruction their sales negotiators had agreed a sale. Their progressions team tenaciously kept everything moving along with both legal teams, and they provided a weekly update so we always knew what was happening. Our final exchange and completion were very smooth too. We would recommend Lovelle to anyone wanting a quality Estate Agency to assist with their property sale.

14th Jul 2026 (6 weeks ago)Really disappointed to find the properties we viewed were nothing like the listings, suspect AI was used to "enhance" them.<br>The driveway of one listing was entirely paved in the photo, but when we turned up it was only half paved. The other half was pebbled, and had an access hatch or panel which isn't shown at all in their listing. The rest of the property was clearly not as pictured, plenty of work required that was not shown. Complete waste of time for all involved.<br>The person who met us at the viewing was really friendly, which was a stark contrast to the rude and standoffish person on the phone who didn't care about the feedback we shared at all.

I wholeheartedly recommend this agency.<br><br>I would especially like to thank Danielle Stott from the Skegness branch, who, in my opinion, truly deserves special recognition for her exceptional dedication, professionalism, and commitment to her work.<br><br>I recently purchased a house, and Danielle provided me with an outstanding level of support from beginning to end. She was always there to answer my questions and explain every detail clearly, even helping me with information regarding utility bills after the purchase. The number of emails, the excellent communication, the constant flow of information, and the precision with which she handled everything were truly impressive and deserve recognition.<br><br>I would also like to mention that I was probably not the easiest client, as I had previous experiences with other agencies that made me more cautious and meant that I needed additional explanations and reassurance. She facilitated communication between sellers and buyers really effectively and even chased up details that solicitors were slower to organise! On the whole, she made a potentially stressful experience feel easy!

23rd Apr 2026 (17 weeks ago)We actually sold and bought a property through Longstaffs. The whole experience was excellent nothing was too much trouble. Calls were answered quickly and they got back to us if the person was unavailable at that moment. I think we had contact with most of the staff but Tracey was actually dealing with our sale and purchase and kept us informed and updated on all aspects. We can’t thank them enough for everything they did and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

I'm a first time buyer so was just putting up with it at first, but everytime I look elsewhere for understanding I find out just how much this agency is not working in line with normal expectations. They provide no information then chase you as if you're a nuisance. Information from them doesn't match up with what I get from my solicitors. The entire process has been much more stressful than necessary and I'm ridiculously disappointed. I have family moving up North and with how bad this process has been I'm at a point where I would encourage them to miss out on great properties just to avoid dealing with Lovelle Hykeham

I contacted Hornsby Estate Agents regarding viewing a property but unfortunately it was sold STC. Renata has since contacted me regarding properties<br>within my budget and meeting my requirements. They made such an effort to make sure our house photos were amazing and put our house on the market in no time at all. Communication with the team was brilliant, you would get an instant reply and they would be very honest and give you so much information and reassurance throughout the whole process. We couldn’t recommend them enough!
