2nd Sep 2022 (3 years ago)We were very impressed with the service we received from Lovelle. The supporting evidence for their valuation gave us confidence that they were the right choice for us. Their admin team quickly produced a quality brochure and a 3D tour, and within a week of instruction their sales negotiators had agreed a sale. Their progressions team tenaciously kept everything moving along with both legal teams, and they provided a weekly update so we always knew what was happening. Our final exchange and completion were very smooth too. We would recommend Lovelle to anyone wanting a quality Estate Agency to assist with their property sale.

We have always found Claire and Lindsey in BMH Lettings to be excellent managers of our property, dealing with reported issues as at an early stage, to ensure that things didn't escalate, and always keeping us up to date with issue resolution.<br>In addition, they always were able to come up with recommended trades required to deal with any problems, as and when - and at a good price.<br>As a consequence, we would be happy to recommend them to any landlord looking at letting out their property in the area. They would be the first Letting agency we would go to should we ever need to rent out another property in the area.
19th Mar 2026 (15 weeks ago)Poor experience with this letting agent, not helped by the tightest landlord (Kate) who wouldn't pay for repairs to be done in a timely manner, leaving our family in tricky circumstances more than once. When they do eventually send someone over to complete the work, it'll be done shoddily. I hope that £43 you managed to claim back via the DPS versus the nearly £800 you asked for is helpful :) To any renters - be under no illusion, the letting agent works for the landlord and is not there to help you in the slightest. This specific letting agents manager will suggest you scrape and replaster the bathroom ceiling (which was poorly maintained by the landlord) yourself "to make the house your own".

From start to finish Lovelle staff have been professional and made the whole process straightforward and everything went smoothly. Ellie and Andrea have put our minds at ease all the way through the process. They have both been so lovely to speak to and really personable. I really felt like I knew them both personally and they took the time to speak to me whenever I called. Nothing was ever too much trouble! Unlike other estate agents that can make you feel like you are just 'a number', Ellie and Andrea knew our situation well and understood the worries we had from the beginning having had chains collapse on us previously. They were both knowledgeable, professional, friendly and genuine. I honestly can't speak any higher of them! In addition, a special mention goes to Michael who carried out viewings for us when we were unable to do them ourselves due to work commitments. Thank you so much all of you! 19th Feb 2026 (19 weeks ago)Wouldn't recommend this company jobs reported when vulnerable take over a week to sort out can never get hold of who you need to calls never get returned antisocial behaviour doesn't get sorted I've moved from bad to worse a day late on rent they soon contact you though.... looks like I'm house hunting again. I've reported numerous times the same people to no avail it's got to the point I've said forget it also if you unfortunately do get housed with this company please check bins before deposit rent and tenancy is signed mine was all full infested and took them over 4 months to empty the council refused rightly so as its the company and landlords fault also check your out house mines still full it's terrible. Especially when the rents so expensive aswell

22nd May 2026 (6 weeks ago)We have previously bought through Winkworth Deeping and have now recently sold through them. I can’t recommend Winkworth Deeping enough. From start to finish they were professional, informative and their communication was excellent, we genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better service. Always honest, open and reliable. A huge thank you to the whole team, particularly Matt who kept us informed at every milestone. All your hard work is appreciated.

Property on the market for five months, no viewing, no information from the agents. Incentive offered to the sales person who sells the property offered. Contact with agents who wanted to drop the price by £30k in January. None of the houses of similar value who have lowered their prices have yet to be sold. They only want to advertise on right move etc.

It was a difficult situation and Jodie, Alex and the team handled it with grace which me and my family appreciated immensely. I would 100% recommend them.
