18th Mar 2026 (0 days ago)To be fair the office team were great and supportive. The valuation team I would say operated with double standards and had a conflict of interest which went against us as the vendor. In short why tell us a price we could get. A price if we wanted to sell quickly and then when asked again by a builder that we asked to do a part exchange with. You tell them a quick sale price of nearly £80k less than you told us. Very odd. One could be forgiven for thinking that it was intentional in order to not loose us and our sale commission value. Cynical? Maybe. But instinct and intelligence tells me otherwise.
17th Feb 2026 (29 days ago)I have to say what an amazing experience i have had dealing with Stamford's Newton Fallowell estate agents , they came highly recommended and certainly lived up to my expectation . Henry Warren priced my property on the mark , I needed a offer on the table through a time constraint placed on me , I had a total of 14 viewings , 3 separate offers and it sold in 5 weeks , it sold for over the asking price which came down to a good marketing strategy from Henry , I took his advice from the start and it all worked out for me perfectly . The communication was there from the start they kept me up to date with everything that was happening in the process , totally professional and with great advice when I asked for it, the whole team worked really hard for me and they delivered . I honestly cannot thank them enough and would absolutely recommend then to anyone in the housing market .

The rental team (Karen and Rachel) have helped market our rental property and always found great tenants who have cared for the property. More recently, the sales team (Laura, Frances, Jill and Ben) have been equally impressive, with the sale of the property handled efficiently and professionally. We have found the team at Mark Rice to be respectful, polite and genuinely good at their jobs. We can highly recommend!

Hazel in particular was brilliant, always happy to answer questions and kept me informed of updates on a regular basis. From start to the point of sale so far the entire team demonstrated a level of professionalism that truly sets them apart in the industry. ?They move quickly and keep the process on track. Every interaction with Adam, Louise or Scarlett was handled with courtesy. They are a genuinely polite team that makes you feel valued. They were always available to assist whenever I had a question, making the communication process seamless ?Thank you for making this such a positive experience!
3rd Mar 2026 (15 days ago)Shocking service from Rosedale. Over exaggerated promises which fell extremely flat upon delivery. The advert wasn't correct from the start, I had to contact the agents three times to rectify. Even after all this it still wasn't right, and I'm talking basic, basic things such as putting the right rooms and windows on the floorplan, and features such as solar panels in the advert. It was like a child had written it. If I were an estate agent, I would have discussed the price with the vendor and mentioned the stamp duty thresholds fell close to my price bracket so it would be fortuatus to set the price as near to this threshold as possible. I waited for this "knowledge" from any of the Rosedale agents- again it never came. Oddly we had a viewing the very next morning, but then absolutely nothing for the best part of three months until I gave up, and gave them notice to cease their "services"! I did not have a single call from this office during this time, no updates, no mention of analysis and analytics of the market. Not once asking us if we wanted to adjust the price etc. Just nothing as if it wasn't even on the market with them. To add insult to injury our property was never even featured in their window, or on their social media pages, which was strange as many others were. Again was just told "sorry" no reason given for this. Another thing Rosedale bleet on about is drone footage on your property listing. Again this was never done for us. When I enquired, it was with the attitude, "well if you ask we can do these things" Why should I have to ask to get my advent right, ask to get any feedback, ask to get the selling tools they promise?! Who do they think is working for whom here?! Our sale board fell down shortly after it was erected, again me doing all the work informed them and no one was ever sent to put the board back up. After our property not surprisingly failed to sell, we took it off with Rosedale, I then had to ask them to come and collect the sales board. That was November and four months on the board was never collected! I am an experienced seller, ex landlord and have sold a few properties myself also. But honestly here I am shocked by the level of incompetence experienced here. It was such basic things, I can't believe they manage to sell anything. Must rely on inexperienced people and desperate sellers.
2nd Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)I chose Abbotts to sell my house and have not been disappointed. Shane is always available to help with any queries. Kieren, Joanne and Adam have all been amazing with Kieren doing most of the viewings. Although market hasn’t been fantastic, I’ve had lots of viewings and now have an offer within 4 months. The process has been smooth and recommend anyone wishing to sell their home to use them. I’m so happy with the service they have provided.

However, when we started searching for a flat in Peterborough through Rightmove, Karnelia made the entire experience completely hassle-free. She took care of everything—from arranging viewings and handling all the documentation to managing payments and ensuring a smooth key handover—with the utmost dedication and professionalism. I am truly pleased with her service and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a smooth and stress-free relocation experience. With 2 sales falling through, and contacting the buyers, solicitors and management company on my behalf to get the sale through as quickly as possible . There were a lot of issues to deal with, and I couldn’t have got everything sorted without them. I would definitely recommend them, and happily use then again, thanks to all the staff.

7th Mar 2026 (11 days ago)Every person that works in the office is extremely helpful and professional they are very reassuring and have extensive knowledge regarding the local market, we are so happy we chose Oliver Reilly and I love that he is also involved in the process it makes you feel like a valued customer when the main person at the company is also hands on in the process They are a warm welcoming office and it doesn’t matter how large or small your sale/buy is, they give 100% and it really is appreciated! Cannot fault them at all!
